Though that version has a great song, it is not the best Hulk cartoon, in my opinion:

I can't believe we still don't have this on DVD!

Ditto...the tongue in cheek humor in it was really funny.

If we are talking about what we saw on tv then anybody with any sense of history knows that Looney Tunes is the best!

now as far as personal favs....

Robotech
Tom and Jerry - Original Series
Scooby Doo - Original series
G-Force/Battle of the Planets

If we are talking "the Cartoon Ever" which would encompass movies as well, then it's the original Fantasia! The artistry in that movie has never been matched by anything - hell they invented colors for that movie.

While G-Force (Battle of the Planets) will always hold a special place in my heart I would have to say the most awesome cartoon ever was Captain Harlock and the Queen of a Thousand Years.

:rock

I would also like to point out this is a close second.
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="https://www.youtube.com/v/TuLX50_5UAI&hl=en&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="https://www.youtube.com/v/TuLX50_5UAI&hl=en&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

If we are talking about cinematic cartoons then Grace of the Fireflies is the greatest.

And in Third

Slightly off topic, when I was really young I was banned from watching Road Runner and Coyote because I would get so angry that the Road Runner always got away. I would throw fits and break stuff cause it got me so angry, finally my mom had to stop letting me watch it :lol
