Joking aside, though, the XM studios packaging is how it should be done. Just looks very high quality and secure. If I were in the right position at Sideshow, this kind of thing would bug me (I don't collect statues, so it doesn't bug me as a consumer since their 1:6 packaging is fine). If I bought statues, I'd probably consider just voting with my wallet and focusing on XM. Aside from the packaging, their product looks fantastic (eg., Magneto w/Sentinel hand throne).

I have never received a broken statue from Sideshow in their current packaging. However, I do believe the packaging could be improved. I also believe that XM Studios has raised the bar in many ways for all statue manufacturers.

I wish XM had their ownn discussion board. No offense to their statues or people who like them, but seeing SO much focus on how "XM poops on SS in every single way known to man" gets a bit old on a board that was founded for SS collectors originally. There's nothing wrong with other company discussion here, but good grief.
