And the blue tunic is full custom just out of fabric? I was thinking of painting the blue but maybe I should just try to find the right color at a fabric store.

I checked my notes. I bought these shirts that looked fairly similar:
“Medicom 1/6 Ichabod Crane shirt” – I think this is the one I used.
“Hot Toys DX06 Pirates Jack Shirt”
“Hot Toys MMS270 Sleepy Hollow Crane shirt”
“Dragon Dreams 1/6 Napoleonic undershirt”
