I got mine today.
I haven't had a chance to pose it yet coz I am still at work, but my first impressions are that its a brilliant figure.

I haven't seen anyone post the autographed pics that you get. These are beautiful.

And I love this sculpt:

I am very pleased with this release and look forward to opening it up properly tonight.

I got my replacement glasses today - in a nice little jewel box - I thought someone was proposing by post...

Has anyone seen the first doctors Consol by Mooncrest models? It really is a thing of beauty and I am sorely sorely tempted to buy one.

Where do you see/order that? I would love something like that if the cost isn't too outrageous

Their 'Blue police box' is 1:7 scale unfortunatly, which is a shame as it's only £75 compared to BC's £270 1:6 TARDIS. I can't find the console anywhere on their site do you have a link?

They haven't listed it on their site yet. But if you wait till it is, it will cost you £25 extra.

Eh, I'm not into building/painting. If it costs as much as the BCS Tardis unpainted, that's a bit much for me

I do like the console, but I can't see me buying it.
I do look forward to the BC TARDIS tho.
In mean time I've been playing with the First Doctor's hat.
I'm finally happy with it:

It's a figure that a friend has said he sees no likeness , or at least limited likeness to Mr Hartnell.
I found that it is very good, and depending on the pics, looks good or indifferent. Still, I'd recommend it to anyone still on the fence.

I think the body is the strongest they have used so far, and height wise, would work well for McCoy or Troughton ,

The likeness works in some angles, but for the most part it's really off

In a world where people can't even agree with what colours they see, you are never going to have universal agreement as far as likenesses go. But to me, as a huge Hartnell fan, I think the damn thing looks superb.

Put me in the category that thinks this sculpt is an amazing portrait of Hartnell from any and all angles.
