Where is my series 7 Eleventh Doctor figure. It says end June - July. Well clearly it doesn`t come in June. Little update would be very nice BCS. I have waited this figure 8 months already hurry up.

On a boat from China. That can take 4-6 weeks or longer, which is why we were given the end of June/early July date range. Since we're still in that time frame, I'd say it's on track until we hear otherwise.

Knowing Big Chief it'll probably be more like August-September. And of course the Capaldi and Tennant figures will likely be pushed back even further. :(

True, everytime I check the BCS website it seems as though the release dates are pushed back more and more each time! :lol I love this line of figures but the wait for them to actually arrive in-hand is a real pain!!! :gah:

We still have a full month ahead of us, so there isn't anything to be worried about, yet.

OMG something doesn't ship when first anticipated. Does this happen anywhere else in this hobby? :panic: :panic:

Yeah, unfortunately delays are pretty much part and parcel of the 1/6 game. I don't think BCS are any better or worse in this regard. I mean, I don't know that it helps anyone's frustration, especially as it seems like releases always bunch up in the same timeframes, but it barely phases me at this point.

I'll tell you this: I know of no other company where 24 hours after it hits their warehouse it is delivered to my doorstep.

Maybe for some. I had to wait nearly a month for my heads to arrive. And unlike some, I wasn't deemed worthy of being redeemed the shipping amount that I was overcharged. :(

Yeah, that stinks. But ask them again, on the off chance that they genuinely missed your email. The days of making excuses for BCS are well and truly over, but I do think your issue is more likely to result from an oversight rather than greed (in fact, I'm sure of it).

I had several back and forth emails with them over this and other issues before I finally just gave up. It wasn't an oversight.

They never fixed my account issues way back when, either, despite trying to get help on that front on several occasions, so my login account is still connected to an old email address that I no longer have any access to, so maybe they just don't like me (though they clearly don't mind my money...). :p

Eh, such is life. :dunno

As long as I continue to get what I paid for, and it arrives in good order, I'll just continue to shrug and let the other stuff slide. Some things just aren't worth the extra bother at the end of the day.

If you have to stress about it, it takes some of the enjoyment out of your purchase. I still wish BCS nothing but huge success, and I love their products, but I have gone off them as a company.

THat does suck Ex-Parrot.

Cheers. It is what it is.

I know exactly what you mean, and that pretty much sums up my feelings as well at this point.

Still, having had some very real and very serious health issues within the family of late, these kind of collecting 'problems' unsurprisingly just pale into insignificance by comparison. So I mostly tend to try and just shrug such things off, rather than waste too much time on them or get too wound up by them these days. Doesn't mean I'm happy about such things when they happen, but sometimes you just gotta pick your battles, you know? :)

That's a great attitude. Problems with dollies can always be put in perspective (though that's not a line I want to hear from any dolly company in lieu of good service!).
