Sorry to hear that. Mine sat in Birmingham for a day, then Edinburgh for a day, then supposedly in transit for a day... I never saw it.
The day after I return home to Shanghai, it arrives at my dads place! He is posting it on, so I will eventually see what looks to be BCs best figure yet.

Sorry to hear some folks have not received theirs yet due to shipping problems :(, but it is definitely worth it when you do receive it.

I took a couple more pics of mine in my display to try to get some practice with my camera. It's definitely the new highlight of my collection along with the 12th Doctor.

I'll be trying new poses and more dynamic shots since it is pretty fun taking photos of these figures.

I wish BCS would offer to sell their updated Matt Smith portrait like their Amy Pond figure so we could upgrade the previous figure. The differences between the two are night and day.
 
Still don't have a tracking number for this and because of that I don't even know if it actually shipped. I emailed Big Chief but no word back yet. The shipping for this definitely isn't as smooth as the others. The rest came a couple of days after being posted.
 
Whilst I await my new 11, I thought I'd do a head swap, giving old 11 the Stetson head... I picked up the figure ( first time in ages) and the arm was loose.
I opened up the shirt to reveal that the screw in joint had disintegrated...

I have some HT slims lying around so I ported him over to one of those. So he is ok.

I still didn't get the head swapped, as the neck post is stuck on the inside of the head, and I need that for the Stetson head. Doh! Not having a lot of luck with 11 this week.

Really nice set this. I swapped the waistcoat and bow tie and put him on a HT body, but that's more of a personal choice thing, and the set as sent is very nice. Still work to do on 12!
 
If anyone is thinking of selling a first release Matt Smith head let me know, I wanted one for a custom. Thanks.
 
The shirt on 11 is the HT Agent Phil one mate. Thanks for the kind words. Had another go at 12th and trying this now.....
