Still waiting for mine, don't even have a shipping notice yet. :(

The order status for mine says it shipped on the 6th but there's no tracking number and I haven't got an email from BC about it aside from the payment due notice when it came in stock so I'm not sure it actually has shipped yet. I'm anxious to get this one in. It looks like another winner.

Yeah, same. In my BC Account it's marked as shipped on the 7th but no tracking number, not sure if it's on the way or when it might arrive. Really impatient for this one as that shipment also contains my Stetson heads so I can finally complete my Mercy 11, I've waited years for this.

Nice shots there Bob.
Mine is only a handful of miles away, but on hold at the DHL Edinburgh branch. Expected this afternoon during the tennis!

Those are great shots, especially the moody side-on shot.

I put my order in earlier today.

Great shots Silent Bob - awesome stuff! :rock

Still waiting for mine!! :gah: Looks like it will be next week now :(

They aren't, but DHL is.
Mine was listed as sent on Tuesday. By Wednesday it was listed as in Birmingham, then Edinburgh this morning, where it has been 'on hold' all day. So I'm now expecting it on Saturday. And I'm in the UK... Haha!!

I got my tracking info on Wednesday...Just says "Shipment information received" and which it seems to be stuck on. :gah: I was expecting him to be here today based on past experiences. It would be quicker for me to go and fetch him!! :lol

Difficult to say because the speed at which they answer emails is so variable - I've always found them very quick to respond but I know other people have had different experiences. I would have thought 48 hours is the absolute maximum you should be expected to wait for a response from any company, and if they haven't got back to you by then, try them again.

I've been really enjoying this figure today, although I noticed the shirt thing people have mentioned - it kind of keeps opening between a couple of the buttons - and the right elbow has no tightness in it at all (making it almost impossible to pose him with his sonic screwdriver!) so keeps obeying the law of gravity and falling down. On the other hand the paint job and sculpt compared to the earlier release is fantastic, makes the first Eleven look like a zombie.
Well after nearly 48 hours for an email (had I waited the whole time I wouldn't have been able to reach them due to a 6 hour time difference) I went ahead, but the bullet, bought Skype credit, and gave them a call. 4 minute call, .57 cents later, and I will have a handles en route to me next week. Really great C/S, super nice. The guy who has always answered the phone for me is named Terry and he is absolutely the friendliest guy. Even takes time for some small chat while the computer loads and asks how it is where you live (Texas here). Each time he has resolved any issues I've had with payment plans or this. I just wish that their email correspondence would be as consistent; no matter. Problem resolved! :)

Mine's currently having a lovely weekend trip in Paris...good for it I guess :lol

Another picture. This has quickly become one of my, if not my favorite, 1/6 figure. Note the light up stand, no one has mentioned that yet.

I'm in the same boat. I could be there at the DHL office inside 30 minutes.. Doh! I bet though, that if I did go, they'd be over with it, and I wouldn't be here to collect it.

Brilliant! Glad to hear it. Handles is great, and so's Terry.

I've had two of my figures out of three (the third is stuck in Birmingham) and the first was a smooth pick up from a locker near my house... only there was meant to be two figures there! I had to ring someone in Germany to be told it was in another locker and they would have to liaise with DHL and then send me a text message with the code on... and a mobile number that bore no relation to mine. When that locker finally creaked open - behind a Chinese restaurant, near some bins, surrounded by drugs debris - and I got my figure out I could hardly believe I actually had it. Nothing is straightforward with DHL.

It could've been worse. You might have had to pick it up from a back alley in San Fransisco... :wink1:

I discovered Eleven can either hold Handles OR he can stand upright, but he can't do both (at least not without a stand) So I opted for standing upright. Also, fezzes are cool.

Even though I have the Ten spacesuit and I think it makes for an awesome looking figure, I opted for something different for Twelve since I had more or less the right pieces in my loose parts boxes to do a cheap and dirty approximation of one of his new looks for series 9. K9 is there just because.

Both sculpts are fantastic, but I bet they'll be even better once they've been touched up a bit with paint. Twelve's hair in particular will benefor from having some white white drybrushed in, especially at the sides, since I think the gray is a bit too uniform.

am I completely misremembering or wasn't Handles supposed to light up?

Or does he light up and I have just not found the switch yet?
