That's a great figure, congrats to all that got him.

Really gutted I didn't get him as Jon's my second favourite Doctor. Man, he was awesome as the Doctor.

You might still be able to pick up the standard edition from retailers.

If you don't want to strip the figure down and iron the collar, you could try damping it down with water and leave it to dry.

I actually already did that to remove the stains, but didn't think about ironing. I might put some water on it and clamp it down while it dries to mold into shape. The other issue was that it likes to spread apart since there's no velcro at the very top. Wish I knew how to sew

Well, THAT I recognized LOL Although I was a bit unsure about which side was front and which was back. Hope I chose the right one. Not that it is very noticeable in the picture.
