No idea. Ive heard many complaints from people that have loose bodies (they can live with it) but no one has ever asked for a replacement that I know of.

No idea. Ive heard many complaints from people that have loose bodies (they can live with it) but no one has ever asked for a replacement that I know of.
For what it's worth, one thing I discovered that seems to improve the proportions and make the head appear a bit more normal-sized, is simply making the neck a bit longer (right now I just have it resting on the ball joint below with some strong doublesided tape until I think of something more permanent).
Tennant always did have a really long neck, but the figure had the head pushed down so low it made it seem even bigger than it already is.
And of course the added benefit is that he now comes out to a full 12" as well. Lol

Dave, I think your photos really accentuate the figure and the likeness. I need to rearrange my shelves soon.
I don't understand the hate here, and I'm one to quickly dish it if it is deserved. And before I go further, I nitpick to no avail. I am as bad as you guys and I will find an issue if I look hard enough with most things. But right out of the box I was really pleased. Yes, I think these are about $50 too much. Yes it isn't perfect, but what figure is? There is some real charm to These BCS figures from the box to the small details. It feels like it was designed by people who love what they do and care about the license. It's something I don't always feel I get with Hot Toys, no matter how perfect they may be. These figures come with more accessories than most Hot Toys these days. I'm not justifying with that, I'm just saying it's a nice touch I factor in. Plus I LOVE the BCS boxes. I think they are so cool and it is brilliant to incorporate the backdrop into the packaging. It's even better that they are clearly intentionally detolf sized. That's just good design.
I'm happy. I came home after a long day at University, and first thing was go and look at Tennant. I figured a day away and maybe my tired eyes from late night futzing could have deceived me. Nope, I was just as pleased as before.
The one thing I cannot emphasize enough; retie the tie, tuck the shirt in well, and close the collar of the shirt with the tight tie. It makes all the difference in the sculpt size appearance and it really shows how good the outfit layering and tailoring is. Excuse my ****** lighting, the paint in the house casts a yellowish tone over all the pictures I take, but you can see the difference it makes.
Curious if anyone has tried a TT Slim (knockoff because the real thing is ridiculously expensive) body swap and how that turned out. Generally I don't go in for body swaps myself as I don't mind using stands to support a floppy or loose body (unless the fig demands a dynamic pose) and paying the prices we pay we shouldn't have to fork out more for a better body, but maybe a body swap would help with the suit fit.

Great post, I agree about the charm of the figures and sculpts, BCS have a style of their own. Regarding the price, anyone who works with BBC Worldwide has to agree to have their products produced ethically. I hate paying more for something than I have to, but I really don't mind if it means the workers who made it had decent conditions and pay and no minors were employed.

Thank you, good sir. This is another factor I am glad you mentioned. It had escaped my mind, but I certainly stand by this concept and don't mind supporting it one bit, even with the price. I did not know that was an extension of BBC licensing, though. Very interesting.

I love how yours look with the blue shirt. If you tuck the collar no to be over the suit jacket could look way better.

Where can you get a blue shirt...and how do you do the tie? I can barely do one in real life, let alone in this scale rofl. He does look better with that slightly elongated neck, but I think you can accomplish that by just getting a better fitting shirt or pulling it down really tight

Hahaha I said the same thing when I did it. I just did a basic knot like so, I find that to be the easiest, and also what I use in real life when I feel like wearing one, so I had an idea of what to do.
So. To prep the knot. Undo the tie, and if need be try to iron the wider portion flat to about a little over the halfway point. Use a buffer like a paper towel or a tshirt, you'll take the print on the tie off if you go direct. As it tapers back, fold the narrower end in half lengthwise (hotdog style) and iron it. This is important to make it fit under the collar tightly. Now, here is the tricky part. You just need to practice. It's a lot of trial and error, but once you have a tight loop you can still fit around the collar and neck with the appropriate lengths, take the head off (watch the hair on the sculpt), slip the tie over the collar, replace the neck and sculpt, and futz it all in place. Then, observe your knot and note what tightens when you pull the tail versus the large exposed portion of the tie. Tighten as you see appropriate, making note that the collar remains overlapped. Do all this in conjunction with ensuring the shirt is nicely tucked in and level. I suggest removing the blazer to do this, and make sure to iron your red shirt collar too before doing any of this.
I warn you, this is tedious, it's not easy, you will get frustrated. Use forceps for sure. I don't use a clothes iron, I use a flat iron for straightening hair, it has adjustable temperatures and is easier to manipulate.

I Just ordered a Hot Toys Jim Gordon Light blue shirt to see if it will be a good replacement.
Yeah light blue shirts are always a pain to find anywhere. I'm just using the one from my original Tennant figure at the moment, but I'd still like to find something a bit lighter in color.
That Gordon one looks like it would be perfect, if only I could find any online.

Is that really light blue? I can't find a picture of it where it doesn't look white.
One option would be to use a 7B eleventh Doctor shirt which is light blue with thin white stripes (but just looks blue on a shelf). You could then replace the 7B shirt with a white one, as CaptainJamesBrooke did (using, I believe, a HT Agent Phil shirt).
Yeah I saw that one but it was described as being white, and I haven't been keeping tabs on all the different HT Gordon's that are out there...

It's from the Dark Knight Rises so its the right one. its a very light blue it looks like. once I get mine I can let you know how it turns out.

The Hot Toys description describes it as light blue but I really don't know. I'll probably use it on the 7b 11 if its to white or just leave it with the red shirt.

Color Conversations never go well on the internet. too many variations in monitors and whatnot.
I'm not to worried if it doesn't turn out. I don't mind the red shirt but its nice to have options. I'll let everyone know if it is actually light blue when it arrives.

And actually Tennant's shirt did appear to be more of a light blue/gray than just a light blue anyway. In fact from a lot of pics, it looks like you could almost get away with using a white shirt:
