I wonder if Big Chief will make any more figures from Sherlock or if these two are it. At their current prices I'm not sure the side characters would sell enough to justify making. But I would love to see the line continue with at least Moriarty, Irene, and Mary. Moriarty I can see possibly happening since he is the arch villain and a very popular one at that, but I'm not sure if Big Chief would be willing to tackle women figures again just yet. Mycroft would be cool too. Maybe I'm hoping for too much as I just recently got into collecting this size/detail/price figures. Before this I collected action figures so I'm used to a line continuing for dozens of figures. It probably isn't possible with these though.

I'll be shocked if deerstalker hat isn't one of the accessories. Or at least sadly disappointed.

It isn't.There was list of clothes and accessories in BC at the very begining. And also in photos-there is no deerstalker hat...

I agree with what's already been said -- the deerstalker, the microscope, and a mustached John head. Is the accessory list from their site final or can they still add to it at this stage?

Hoping they do what they did with Pond, send out a second headsculpt

They could always do an expansion pack with the deerstalker. As for other characters, it's been heavily hinted more is coming.

Really? Where? I would love to see a Moriarty figure - every action figure line needs a villain figure - but I'm having trouble seeing how they would sell enough to make it worthwhile, when Andrew Scott isn't an internationally known movie star on the scale of Cumberbatch and Freeman and therefore signature editions would have limited appeal. Even the signature edition of Watson hasn't sold out yet and that's despite Freeman being the star of the Hobbit.

I'd still love to see a Moriarty though, with phone, gun, and flick knife. One option for the signatures would be to try and get certificates signed by Moffat and Gatiss too to go with a Moriarty figure. I reckon those would sell brilliantly if they could get them to do it.

I had an idea this evening for a figure/ expansion pack - the Hound, with glowing eyes! I think this would sell beyond Sherlock fans if they did it (and there'd be no likeness rights to pay for!).

I'll be shocked if BCS's does other characters.
I'm happy they'll be on my shelf but I don't see the market being too big for these, and especially not at this price point, let alone of a Moriarty or Mycroft. How many would they realistically sell ?

I'm actually really surprised Watson is being made in the quantities he is.
Most people go for the 'hero' on his own when buying figures and combined with the high price, I think they're going to be left with a few Watsons.
He would have been better either only being available in the two pack or making him in extremely limited quantities and have him be a rare sort after figure.
(and Big Chief have directly stated that economies of scale don't really exist for them when playing with quantities)
I don't really see Hobbit fans needing to jump on board getting it ....maybe Office fans ? :D

As for expansion packs or a new Sherlock, the deer stalker is an almost 100% certainty I think. Not only is it the iconic Holmes look, its a constant ongoing joke in the modern series. I get that a wearable version couldn't be included with he current sculpt, though I would have liked to see a hold-able version included with the figure. Only question really is expansion or stand alone figure? (and same question for 2nd Matt Smith look in Doctor Who....)

Moriarty seems the most likely suspect, but I'm not sure if that'll be the case I'm sure he's got to be high up there, for certain.
I don't think Sherlock needs a whole new figure. The 7b 11 does, though, I think.

.

You know, I'm going to have to start using this Face Book thing, I'm missing out.

As for Watson selling, first, I think John's had a vastly increased profile since Series 3 and his character is considerably more badass than it was; second, I wonder if Freeman's role in Fargo will make people interested in the figure. You never know what might happen.

Weird that stuff is being posted on the BCS fan page but not on the BCS page ? :D

It's a more casual atmosphere, and just fun little hints and things that might be coming during the course of conversation. Not official proclamations/announcements on the official page, which is a very different arena, I think.

Who know why there is no way to write comments in facebook BC fans group pdg?Always errors! It's realy important to make thinner bridge under strings for violine-any musician can say it.And also I want to ask them to include deerstalker as most simbolical thing for any Sherlock.

Hey, I'm not planning to play the violin, I just want to pose it with my dolly!

Yes.But you don't want it looks like real one even for professionals? Why you want cartoon elements there?

For such quiet high price we can ask as more accurate details as it's possible-I think. And it can't be big problem just make one small detail a bit thinner to get result of perfect, real instrument prototype.Because otherwise it's best 1/6 violine I've ever seen. All seems perfect exept bridge. You see-it's same as about some coat or gun details-as more perfection as it's possible.
