The intricate interconnective attributes that weave their way through this hobby....
So now I need to buy three of Roger Moore to get three brushes... hahaha

:lol

Almost nothing can deter me from my excitement of having Auric Goldfinger and his sidekicks (Oddjob and Bond) on my shelf.

It's a little Gert Frobe, dammit. That's crazy. Who the hell would think we'd get that?

I know, and never thought it would happen.

Wish Bond was in his dark suit and had the Ft Knox backdrop to re-create the final battle with OJ- that is my favorite part of the movie and truly a iconic moment in any film

Earlier, someone pointed out a suit that could function as Dr No suit.
I realized that’s the suit I use on my Dr Who .
I built this Doctor from said suit, a Hot Toys TT slim, and a Character Head, with BC 3D glasses and ZY Toys shoes.

I put this here to let you see how it fits the HT TT slim.

Can I deattach the head easy like other figures? Not taking the clothes and just trying to pop it off?

I haven’t tried to take the head off yet. I will do so when my new heads arrive.
Till then, I used a technique offered a while back. I used a Winsor and Newton promaster R937 marker.

I made a subtle head tilt on the figure, and I liked the way it looked.

It’s cool having Bond figures to mess around with.

Guess who just showed up at my front door yesterday ?

Sorry for the quality of the phone pics.

I had an eBay gift card so I used that to get the whole set.
The sculpt looks fantastic in person so the first thing I did was to take the head off and put it on my Hot Toys clone body with Yunsil's suit.
The Big Chief neck joint fit perfect on the body but of course the neck was too long. I heated up the neck and removed the neck joint.
My plan was to dremel the neck down and put it back on the joint but I was wondering how far to dremel it down.
I was curious to see where the head would end up if it was placed in the body without a neck joint. It ended up at a perfect height for me so I just put some putty on the neck peg and placed the head right in to the body and I am happy. He loses some neck mobility but I am fine with that for now. Maybe in the future I'll go back to the original plan but for now I don't want to mess it up.

I then wanted to replace his current shoes with Big Chief's and although they popped on perfect, I found my only issue with Yunsil's amazing suit. It made Sean look like he was standing in a flood and the pants legs couldn't be pulled down further to accommodate it. It's a shame because I liked the Big Chief shoes and it added height to the figure that I liked. Oh well. Back to the Hot Toys shoes for Bond.

Finally I put Bond's watch on and changed to the Big Chief hands. I really like how easy it is to change their hands and the flexibility of them as well. I also love the stand and backdrop. It was wasteful to get a whole set and not use much of it but I missed Toy Anxiety's one part out and figured with my luck I would end up missing it again when they eventually get around to parting it.

Overall I am very happy with the figure. I might even spring for a head repaint soon to create my ultimate Bond. That is until Big Chief puts the Dr. No Bond up for preorder :)

Looks sharp in that yunsil suit.

I'm tempted to do the same, but I'm emotionally attached to my bbkill Bond with Rahmier paint.

I can understand that. I previously had the bbkill sculpt with the Yunsil suit. The problem was that the paint up really didn't look that good to me. The knockoffs of the sculpt looked much better then mine so this was a no brainer for me.

Its funny, the photos of the bbkill sculpt look better than the actual in-hand sculpt. I think it may be the way the macro lens flattens the features -- makes that sculpt look like dead-on Connery -- but in hand the sculpt doesn't always look right. Maybe its the lighting, I don't know. But those photos, man...

Yeah, its been three years since that bbkill sculpt -- can you believe it? -- and I'd have to say Inigo really nailed Connery.

Blast -- I really want to get my sculpt repainted now. At least the eyes. Blast!!! Why didn't I keep up my painting skills?

Shell , love the color but I think the body might be a bit
too big in the shoulder area

Have you try a Slim 1/6 body? That suit fit is a challenge

Really hate to sell my BC Connery but I just sold him
because I couldn’t work the suit right
