For those that missed it, I would recommend going on the wait list and waiting it out. You might get lucky and not have to pay the high price, and if your wait list does not get converted then go to eBay. It would be crazy to buy one right now especially since it has not even been released, what if the guy you buy from now disappears, your stuck with no statue and lost money.

I don't think the exclusive is all that special except that it's unique, I like the color better, but since the exclusive is--well, exclusive I put that on Wait List, but I'm not sure it'll switch over.

I think ebay only allows pre-sales if they are closer then 3 months.. which that isn't... guess we could report him.

I think your right but you see it all time on eBay. People selling stuff that isn't scedueled for release for another 6-12 months! I don't know why people buy stuff that early, it's as if once released the figure/statue is going to drop of the face of the earth or something crazy like that it will never ever be available again
