Yea, I'm going to have to agree with Teemu on this one. My kids grew up when Britney first became popular. Going out trick or treating that year was interesting. Bunch of preteens with mini skirts and belly baring shirts on. They didn't get these outfits themselves. They were bought by their parents. My kids? We all dressed up in Disney costumes.

I find it kind of sad that Miley who played a wholesome character and had millions of young girls looking up to her is acting this way now. As someone has already stated, I don't know why Liam would stay with her with the complete 180 she has done. I would be horrified if I was Billy.

Miley isn't a stranger to controversy, but she's just embarrassing herself. An equivalent thing, would be if Bieber did a rap performance with Snoop Dog (Lion, or whatever) - and started talking about hos and shooting people. Of course, that hasn't happened, but I wouldn't rule it out of the realm of possibility .

Well, it wouldn't have been such a controversy, if Miley wasn't the daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus. He's a Conservative and contributes a lot of funds to various political causes, and her behavior isn't helping his reputation in the least.

It's also funny how Bill O'Reilly and Sean Hannity used to go out of their way to defend Miley from the media, and promote her Disney shows. I remember Hannity mentioned a few years ago that her shows were "fun for the whole family". Yup... that was pure family entertainment at the VMAs .

It's not a big deal to me because I don't watch her nor listen to her awful music and how she chooses to act is on her. It doesn't affect me one bit.

If this was a guy doing the same things no one would care.
