Bioshock RULED, 'Nuff Said!
I haven't done the bad ending yet. I just haven't had the heart to do it yet. My wife was watching when I go to the first little girl and asked me what I had to do with her? She thought maybe escort her somewhere. I said i either have to kill her or save her. She said... That's twisted and left the room. Needless to say I saved them all
Don't forget the nice achievment reward you get for saving them all too.
It IS twisted! At first I was like WTF? I admit my first time through I did harvest a few - but I always felt bad. I can't even be mean in video games with out it getting to me. I tried being ruthless in Mass Effect also, and that wasn't going too well. The second time I played BioShock I saved them all and had more than enough of the Adam to get what I needed.
It is moral dilemmas like Bioshock has that truly defines an A+ title. The little girls is the biggest decision I ever had to make in a game and anyone who just went through and harvested them without regret needs serious help . Though Mass Effect i was like so what, I could care less about these people. Kaiden or Ashley? Hmmm. Kaiden sucked so he took the dirt nap. I made sure to save Wrex because he was badass and I wanted him around to see Saren get his ass whooped.

New teaser site!!
www.somethinginthesea.com
Very intersting. Don't read this unless you have played the first game and have checked out this teaser site for all it's worth.
Alright, all the stuff on the site show's that it's at least 1967, so at least part of the game is in fact a sequel since the first game took place in 1960. Now, that's a good 7 years. It seems to me that within those 7 years, SOMEONE has taken over Rapture and is using if for their own purposes, and I highly doubt it's for good reason. The kidnapping of the little girl is a good read. From that, I get the feeling that we now have ourselves a newer, and much more agile Big Daddy. The description said the person was tall and thin, wearing a red light. Of course, big daddies are anything but thin, thus new big daddy, and a new big daddy must mean that the someones turning the scientific wheels in Rapture. It's interesting to note that the girl was 7 years old. I suspect they are kidnapping little girls all over the world as create new little sisters, for their harvesting needs perhaps.
The doll that is seen in the picture seems to also be the doll that was shown in the teaser trailer. The trailer though, does not have a year on it, so it's not certain if the new game takes place in 1967. It's been highly suspected that the person in the trailer is herself a former little sister, so the traielr taking place in 1967 is a little suspect since the person looks a bit older than that, but then again, it could be a 16 or 17 year-old girl.
Based on the overall look of the teaser site, it seems as if someone is trying to find Rapture. It looks liek the site is set up to show more "occurences" over the next few months. I believe it will be of more kidnappings. If the person doing the searching is the protagonist of the game, I highly doubt the person doing the searching is a little sister. We saw at the end of the first game that the main character got out and rescued the little sisters in the process (no more little sisters in Rapture, so the idea of recruiting new ones stand.) Now, we also saw the the main cahracter lived to be very old. So, if our new protagonist is a little sister, wouldn't they just ask him where they were?
In any case, I think we have a new big bad villain running Rapture, and they have plans. Cold War scenario? I can only hope.
/rant and speculation
Game Informer's April cover confirms what Kotaku readers already knew: Big Sister will greet gamers when they land in BioShock 2's Rapture later this year.
The cover shows off the new creature, which we described as an amazonian version of the Big Daddy, wearing similar, though svelter, gear. The image depicts a Little Sister riding on the back of the Big Sister in a sort of papoose cage.
The story behind the Big Sister and what sort of role they or it will play in the upcoming game will likely be revealed both at this month's Game Developers Conference and perhaps in the latest Game Informer which promises 10 pages of coverage.
