I finally started playing this game. I am to the point where I just released some stuff into the air to counter what the main bad guy ( forgot his name ) released into the air. I had to go around and collect like 7 bottles of water and other stuff.

The game is ok, but still not sure where the story is going.

I have no clue. I spend most of my time lost and just happen across the things I need eventually.

Yeah, the first go through can be a bit confusing because you can pretty much get to a certain area several different ways. Not to mention all the secret areas as well.

I miss my 360

Yeah, I think that's the 3rd area. After the docks (whatever they're called)

I love lighting people on fire and then electricuting them as they jump into water

I actually put this back in this past weekend for a bit. It's my youngest daughters favorite game. She doesn't want to play it but she likes watching me play. I'm not sure why? Maybe because it's visually stunning or maybe beacuse you save little girls in it! She also likes Bouncer and thinks Rosie is lame.

How many area's are there?

I think there are 13 area's in Arcadia and it's appearantly Chapter 6.

9-10 I think. There's a lot of game to go. I wish I could be there when you get to Ryan's office. Voted best video game moment of the year.

I think the reason I find it "ok" to this point is the lack of character interaction. It's just you and a guy on a radio asking you to save his family. I have no clue what will happen, but I wonder if he's setting me up or something. He either has no family or they are already screwed.

Who knows....guess I'll find out eventually.

Just beat it for the 2nd time, but I'm still missing 5 Achievments!!

Still need to find all the audio diaries, win the Jackpot, get the research PHD (which I thought I had) and the two secrets.

I got all the diaries the second time through. Getting a lot of the photography achievements this time though. Using 'enrage' is great because splicers will fight each other and it gives you time to take pics and you get 'multiple subjects' and 'action' shots.

make sure you pick up and listen to all the diaries.

To me, this game was brilliant, but I dropped it like a bad habit after beating it.

It just doesn't have any sort of replay value whatsoever to me. COD4, on the other hand, I've barely even touched the single player

I am at the point where you have to find and kill 4 guys and take pictures of them to post on that board. I found and took care of 2 of them so far then I got bored and turned it off for a while
