What defeat are you talking about? The fact that you have to go get 360 titles so you'll actually have a game to play on this BR player?

I already played it on the 360, but this is certainly great for people who only have a PS3 and really wanted to play this. So I don't wanna hear any "ha ha, we already had this game for a year" or "ha ha, you're losing your exclusives." Some people just can't be civil.

It's not defeat. You were wrong, it wasn't confirmed at all, it was just rumors. Now it is confirmed--no arguing that.
But just as a point---Hurray 1 Year exclusivity for Xbox 360.
Really I don't see them adding anything more for the PS3 version, the is pretty small time to develop for PS3 so if they are upgrading the graphics I would expect that is all that they're doing since it would take a lot of work for that. But it would be nice to see if they could bring it up to 1080p. Not that I really care though, I had it for PC and that's beyond 1080p.

I hope insulting the superior console justifies that brick you own. I mean you know since you guys have such great games such as Halo, umm, well Halo, and Halo, I guess that's it, sorry folks. You always have that extra attachment at that $200 to play that HD DVD format that is dead in the water, after Halo gets old I guess. Then after that you might get the RROD for the 5th time. Enjoy!

Just remember that there are more Xbox 360 exclusives that are really good, and the games that come out on both systems usually do significantly better on the Xbox 360. The HD-DVD drive might be worthless now, but they're most likely going to have a Blu-Ray version out later this year. In the mean time, I can still watch my free movies and buy extremely cheap HD-DVD's until I decide there's a title important enough to make me finally get a Blu-Ray player. All on my Xbox 360 which has never crapped out and is under warranty for up to 3 years if it does, which isn't likely to happen.

Lets see, mind you I again have all the systems. However, my PS3 collects dust just like my Wii. Also the major 360 titles have outsold any PS3 title to date. I guess it is because they suck.
You are the essence of a fanboy. Maybe you should take a look in the mirror before calling someone else such. Oh and by the way I actually think Drakes is one of the best games to come out period. So I can admit when something is good. The 360 just has better titles.

Have fun playing Drakes. Over and over and over and over again as it's the only game that's worth owning on a PS3.

Yeah, I picked up a PS3 about 2 months ago. What have I done with it? Folding@Home, watched Blurays, and a distant 3rd is downloading demos from the horrible PSN.
It is definately a great system, but there are NO games to play. BTW, I don't like stealth games or Tomb Raider clones. Sorry.

MGS4 will be a great game for the POS3. It's not my favorite style of game (stealth) but I can respect why a lot of people love the series. Resistance 2 looks to be pretty good but the first one hasn't really gotten a lot of love. Fear not PS3 fanboys, you will soon have a couple games to keep your system running.
