Ok I mean pages 9 thru 10 of this thread.

Anyways I have been really enjoying this again tonight. What a fun game. To bad for my mans family. LOL! I am now in Aradia.

Finished it tonight and enjoyed it quite a lot. It felt rewarding getting to the end after having rescued all of the little girls. I would like to know how it ends for those who chose to harvest them instead--but it was a nice happy ending if you saved them all.

And towards the end, the Big Daddies were going down with two long distance shots from my upgraded crossbow. It was fun.

How long is the game? Didn't this just come out? Or did you play it for like 48 hours straight?

Ill, you should definitely buy a 360!! Well worth having both systems :rock

On a sad note, my dog ate my wireless 360 headset tonight, only 1 week after I bought it :monkey2

I played it for 48 hours straight.

I am on vacation this week, but my son started school so we weren't able to take off and go anywhere. I have been relaxing at home and picked this up on Tuesday and have been playing it practically nonstop since then. I didn't really rush through it, and it's been a lot of fun. My wife did kind of want it over with sooner rather than later due to the violence/scariness (some involving children) and profanity (lots of F bombs in the dialogue, which surprised me) and she didn't want the kids watching it, so I kind of went through it as quickly as possible without ruining the experience or skipping stuff.

On a normal schedule, this would have taken me a while to get through. If you want to get most of the achievements and experience all of the content, it will take even longer. This game has more of a plot and scripted story/backstory than most others, and the more you take the time to listen to all of the scattered tape recordings, etc., the more you will enjoy the experience. And by the time you get to the end, it's all spoiled--so do it right the first time and you will have a lot of fun.

OK, had me worried for a minute that this game was only 5-6 hours long. I'm about a hour in but am taking my time trying to find everything. Can't wait to log some serious hours starting tonight.

I must be out of it. I had never heard of this game until a few days ago.

NICE, a Bioshock Marathon!! :rock

It is quite a relief to hear you say that the game is that long, I hate it when I get a game that I love and it is too short. I seriously can not wait to get my hands on this game (and GoW finally)!!

i'm taking a week off at the end of august and cannot wait to have so many days off with nothing to do(i'm not going anywhere) except be at home when they replace my hardwood flooring in the kitchen. although i'll probably have finished bioshock before then, but i'm taking it slow like a lot of people here so i don't miss anything.

Bioshock Orchestral score up for DL free over at Cult of Rapture. They also posted instructions for returning the Broken Big Daddy figures.
