I take it that your parents are not fantasy oriented people at all. They might not even have any interest in art. Mine are like that as well. My father thinks they are all useless junk. At the same time, he will acknowledge that cars are worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, and yet all art is basically worthless, because they are useless. Some people only value things that have physical practical utility. These people also tend to have no respect for other people who buy such things with their own money, and believe them all to be morons.

It's interesting that I got #11, because last week I got the She-Hulk #11. (Both reg edition)

Does SS try to match numbers, because the odds of that happening randomly seems kinda low.

If its your money, follow your Dreams. You could always reply in a if it ever came up again and say in a respectful manor at least I don't do drugs; and thats really pissing your money away because you don't have anything to show for it.
On the other hand if you do drugs all this is mute.
I am married and have a good Collection in my eyes and the better half made a comment some years ago, my reply was would you rather have me doing this or going out whoring around and such. End of comments , just thought I would share

I think that "moot" is the word that you are looking for. Mute means to have no sound, while moot means to be irrelevant. There used to be a bit on SNL about a TV quiz show that asked politically based questions that called "The Question is Moot", that guest starred Jesse Jackson as the host. I thought it was It was pretty funny.

I just got this today, dang she is so damn fine. She looks MUCH better in person. I was concern about her face, but in person the face is not an issue at all, I like it.

Now I like the display on top of my besta even more with this beautiful cat added
