I asked for clarification over the delivery times since there is a discrepancy in what Por Toys told me and what someone else in this thread shared earlier. They replied with screenshots of two private conversations of theirs with other customers. Part of the message is the same breakdown that someone shared earlier in this thread, revealing the name of one customer and another screenshot revealed someone having paid them along with a screenshot of their PayPal payment confirmation details and their personal information (name, address, phone number and email). Very unprofessional. I don't feel safe dealing with them if they are happy to share PMs and customer's personal data so haphazardly. Just a warning for anyone who intends to order.

Welp. I wish they went with someone like OneSixthKit to handle sales and distribution for them.

I’m also hesitant now. Always something lol, we come across a decent option only to find out they don’t care about blasting other people’s personal information across the internet. Extremely irresponsible and unprofessional.

Trying to imagine what we can expect for mass production. Less detail. Less color variation. Less gradience.

I shared this last Friday but this is what Por Toys showed me as an example of what can be expected in terms of the difference between the Studio and Factory versions. They added (Google translated), 'The difference between Hottoys and painter OEM'.

I seriously doubt their production will be as bad as that Widow. Especially taking into consideration their previous work with Joker, that @roan brought up.

Besides, they'll want to get it closer to what's advertised. I think we can expect something along the lines of what Mars or a company of the like would produce.

Even with the issues I've placed an order, it's cheaper than any other version I can find on the secondary market.
As long as the outfit turns out ok I can always get another sculpt later down the line.

So Ronnie. Do they follow up with you after you send payment? Or do we sit this out until release?

I just don't trust that por won't lose my order lol

It's my first time ordering with them, I'm not sure what they normally do, but they did like my message saying that I had sent the payment.
I guess that is an... order acknowledgment? :ROFLMAO:

I'm hoping that they will follow up with some type of updates as things progress but I've never ordered anything like this before.

Looks like I have a few days to think this over…

So, just to be clear, we’ll be getting what they keep showing off for Black Widow (how Hot Toys paints it), right? I’m still wondering how much it would be to want their Studio head instead.

I also would like to know what the estimates are for postage/shipping.

I doubt their studio work is a major leap over what their factory will produce. Their studio painted Joker shoes are sloppy. At least some of them are. They don't produce the cleanest work.

$480 for the studio head is a huge gamble.

Still considering Justina's head when that's available.

I feel I'm burning too much money for the perfect K. A fixation I've only had with Ledger.
We wouldn't have this problem if Alcon allowed manufacturers to produce figures. InArt definitely asked if they could and they said no.

I'm also trying to gather some funds to get this piece, I only have like 4 days. I wish PO was like 20% and not full price, but well, it's what it is.
