I also missed out on it. Por says the cutoff is the 23rd, then that it's on 22nd but won't specify the time it closes, and once I wanted to order, project is closed bla bla bla.

I'll just wait for Justina, she had good communication while I was asking her about the Drifter outfit and her sculpt looks promising. Hope she makes the jump and start using retailers like Kit, KGHobby and Giantoys, even if it means an additional cost. I already bought stuff from Taobao through agents (CSSBuy) but I ultimately prefer buying from Kit.

I'm not sure Justina's going for mass production. Would be good though.

Didn't know this thread existed. I preordered through por.toys on the 23rd so surprised to see people say it closed on the 22nd. Not surprising though with the language barrier. They confirmed my payment and when the figure is releasing though so I assume it was okay.

lol

As it says, I texted him on Friday (same time zone as US).

Their costumer service is an awful mess, how they cannot get their sh*t straight is beyond me.

It's not the language barrier. It's Por, lol

Looks improved. Could use a little more work. He's not angry anymore. But he does look like he's about to cry.

Still. Not bad for mass production if the quality holds up.

I like that one better

I agree, the bloody head looks better.
Nice to have the option to display both with this set though, very curious to see how this turns out as I have wanted an Officer K for a while now.

didn’t he already made Joi before?
That was T-Art
That’s great news! I hesitated and miss the chance to order the one hosted by T-Art before
I believe someone in China was selling their Joi. It's a beautiful piece. I'd love to have it. But I won't drop a grand for it personally.

I know this is the prototype but it looks like a pretty solid release as long as the quality doesn't drop off too much.
From my experience Por.toys doesn’t really have a big drop off in quality, what you see is what you get. Hopefully it’s the same for that Artisan Studio.

It's my first time ordering from them so I'm excited so see how it turns out.
I've heard a lot of people say the same as you, so it's promising.
I don’t think you’ll be disappointed, I’m not a blade runner fan, but this looks like a really really good deal for the price.
Por.toys has its issues (mostly with communication), but their products are great quality.
