Any idea when this statue comes out? Here's another photo I found floating around, thought I'd post it since no one has yet. I wonder if the dress will be designed to be removable as well?



I'm hoping BLITZWAY does a 1/4th scale statue of Bettie Page as well, I own one from Executive Replicas, only 250 of them were made and featured removable clothes, it wasn't that bad in person but I just wished it was as good as it's prototype photo.






Compared to Sideshow or any other company that makes 1/4 scale statues in this form, I think BLITZWAY really brings us the quality they show from their prototype to their final product. The paintjob is always superb. I hope they make a Bettie Page statue with quality and care this Marilyn statue has gotten, it's a shame not many people in today's generation know who she is and how big of an impact she's made in pop culture. If they ever made a statue of her, I'd set her standing next to Marilyn.

My only experience with Blitzway was the latest Bruce Lee piece which, while it is a favorite of mine, was a pretty big drop in paint and sweat apps from what was shown in the proto. Lots of easily avoided aggrivations in the finished piece. That said, I suspect the proto images they showed were only ever a render. From what Ive seen so far of Marilyn, that isnt the case- hope she turns out better
