The sculpt turned out great, but **** me, that shot with the sunglasses on, looked amazing. I can see me leaving those on.

Indeed!!!! Can't wait!

I tonk its safe to say that Blitzway is on the fast track to disrupting the whole 1:6 market. A few more releases and one or two more mainstream licenses will get them to the top of the hill in no time :)

That's the thing, you start small (like Hot Toys, etc) and then eventually expand operations, licenses and whatnot. The thing I love about Blitzway is their desire to make their product legitimately licensed stuff. I respect the hell outta that.

Dammit. I'd like to get this but I've been trying to cut out everything outside of my main interest set of Terminator, Robocop and so on. Why can't I win the lotto so money will be no object.

Quality over quantity is my new focus on collectibles. Absolute must haves (Pacino/DeNiro are no brainers) is an obvious choice but also having every single piece (Snake Eater comes to mind) an absolute home run is where i'm heading.

Yup me too. I'm almost 80% sure i'll need to get a second one. That's how important both the actor and film are to me.

Can't wait for the next Pacino figure! We need Michael Corleone!!

Exactly! And I also hope they just stick with classic Italian (just so happens to be so far) mafia actors/movies too. I see a huge market for that and i'm sure they do too.

Plus (word is) i'm not sure if anyone here knows this but Blitzway is made up of former Hot Toys employees.

Its beautiful! ITS MAGIC TIME!!!!!

Looks ****ing bad ***! Love the base. No more ugly stick up the *** poses.

they really did a great job with the base and the packaging...im sick of HT putting those damn plastic clamshell type covers on their figures only to have the dam plastic rub the forehead and cause shiny spots!! thank you blitzway for using foam!!

Can anyone recommend a reliable US distributor for this.
yes i can...here is the link...great CS too by the way.

Best tailored jacket at 1:6th from this video (my opinion), just stunning, that and the glasses. This figure is now my most anticipated (even over the Joker V.2). Def. gonna want an extra jacket for a few other bashes.:thud:

for those of you who haven't seen the film ~ it's not only a stunning pacino flick, but sean penn is extraordinary in it as well.

my favorite pacino next to insomnia. love them both equally. (yeah i know i didn't say scarface or godfather, but those are the obvious choices that have practically become cliche).

Sean Penn was phenomenal in that role. I can always appreciate a role when after awhile you forget the actor playing it is playing it. (if that makes sense LOL) Similar to Ledger as the joker.

CARLITO'S WAY is a great flick.

That figure is really cool, i usually stick to scifi stuff but this is one of those charismatic characters that makes me think twice...

Have to find a good price for it now...
Found 200usd shipped to FRANCE from HK probably gonna pull the trigger!

I've been half-thinking of selling anything in my collection thats of the non-fantastical variety. Basically just 2 figures at this point - Barnes from Platoon and Enterbay Jack Bauer. But if I were to buy Carlito I might aswell not sell those. Thusly Carlito would represent my favourite gangster type film, Barnes my favourite war movie and Bauer one of my favourite TV shows. And other figures would join them in the future like McClane* to represent my favourite action movie and so on.

*who I assume will be made in an official capacity by someone at some point. The idea that he wouldn't is an unwanted mind***k.
