I broke down and bought the HT Indy even though the hs is what it is. I passed on the smiling & traditional sculpts too cause they didn't do it for me either. Even with all the great painters working on them it was an easy pass.

That is excellent news!!! That is the type of service you get with the smaller companies that are looking for complete customer satisfaction.

What happened there!? My gun hand went on fine but I had to heat the other one.

I broke down and bought the HT Indy even though the hs is what it is. I passed on the smiling & traditional sculpts too cause they didn't do it for me either. Even with all the great painters working on them it was an easy pass.

I ended up with a trad, but, it just wasn't good enough in hand. I will repaint my SSC head and hope for the best.

Thing is, with all the EB and BW paint apps surrounding it I have a lot to live up to. Carlito is one of the nicest sculpts I've ever owned.

SS is a great sculpt with the right paint app on it. You have your work cut out for you and I wish you success. Your the one that has been working on Indy for about 10 years right?

SS is a great sculpt with the right paint app on it. You have your work cut out for you and I wish you success. Your the one that has been working on Indy for about 10 years right?

Well since about '05. I've kind of finished him several times, but, as new parts and heads have emerged I've kept updating him.

It's so much better when, as with Carlito, you have the definitive head right off the bat and don't have to do anything to it.

Eh ? That Makes no sense, the stand is great and looks great, can't fault anything really apart from the one left hand

I agree this figure is amazing in all the way and the quality control and costumer service of this new company is outstanding..
if I have to find something of "bad"

a little complaint about the missing double elbow joint of both bodyes (TM CB)

lack of double joints is my only complaint as well ~ the figure is amazing. wish i could be convinced not to buy things based on people's rave reviews. that would be awesome on my budget!

Yea that's the first time I hear of someone passing because a piece is consistently called figure of the year. You miss out on a great fig but save around $200; I guess that's the choice you have to make

Those are my main two complaints also; the single jointed arms and the lack of more left hands. Since him and Tony are both buried under suits I don't know why BW even chose to do a single joint body.

I personally think the Blitzway body is fine. I mean, what exactly is it that you want the figure to do!? This is Al Pacino, not Bruce Lee. Tony Montana and Carlito Brigante were hardly what you'd call action roles.

This is only their second proper figure and I think they deserve to be cut some slack.

Well, if you really want one you can pose you can often pull out the little bucket inside the head that the neck pin sits in when you take the head off. Without that inside the head, you can wad up some Blu-tack put it inside the head and put it on the Enterbay Scarface body. That'll give you what you need.
