Guess Blitzway really has one release per year. They haven't announced anything else so I think they are done for this year

Guess we could count this as 4 releases...this way they are not penalized for having the decency to release the entire line simultaneously versus many years apart (Hot Toys GOTG).

Blitzway - 1/6 Scale Ghostbusters - Collectible Figures and ECTO-1

Timewalker gets its info directly from Bluefin, the official American distributer here in the US. If there was another delay, Bluefin would have been told about this already. According to the timetable given by Blitzway and Timewalker, the figures were to be placed in containers for transport right about now for arrival in the middle of July, so they should technically already be on their way. Get your wallets ready folks. No more excuses. Lol.

This. They left port. Must arrive then clear customs. Ship to the various retailers , then ship to you. 5 weeks is reasonable timeline for this all to happen.....
Assuming the ship isn't sunk or delayed ot there is a dock workers strike....etc etc

It's really irrelevant though. Bluefin is the US distributor, they say it's hitting the US in July. If a Japanese retailer says October then . . . well, sucks to be in Japan

jk, I'd like to visit Japan some day, it seems like a cool place.

I'd rather timewalker charge when they shipped. Just to avoid any possible hiccups between now and mid july. I understand though. This may be how blitzway bills retailers.

Timewalker announced billing for June 23rd and release July 16. I'm not sure about others.

With TW also. I'm getting pretty pumped, never had ANY GB figs and was truly not expecting to see these in the US until September. Only question that I have and NO ONE has been able to answer IS... does the Slimer light up or not?

I don't see why he would, especially since they've never indicated he would.

I've never seen it described that slimer lights up, however I believe they have confirmed that the proton packs do.

Just looks translucent to me, based on the prototype. If it had electronics I think it would have been noticeable.

Proton packs are supposed to light up. There was some discussion on which direction the lights were going to rotate earlier in this thread.

Yeah, I didn't see it in the specs but thought I saw it lit up when these were first displayed so I was hoping for a cool surprise that won't happen.

Talk about some discordance. Distributors are telling folks imminent arrival based on their communications, then they issue another delay directly in their FB page. Lol.

I agree with this guy's post on that announcement to a certain degree. I know the store he represents, as I have used them in the past before, but it definitely does cause problems for retailers. Such a shame.

Like I said to all of the people who were saying that if "Timewalker says...then it must be true..." they are only as good as whatever Blitzway tells them when they ask and Blitzway can, and will, change the release date whenever they want and neutralize whatever the retailer may promise...still on track for my original release estimate of October though...
