TimeWalker said they wouldn't start billing until they were on the boat, and they have started billing. So let's hope they were not misinformed again.

I was billed the almost $900 2 weeks ago by time walker, so it won't be long now for them to ship out

Just because you were billed, does not mean a thing about release.

You guys are assuming that TW has special knowledge about BW and Blue fin. They do not.

They got skunked like the rest of us last time, not their fault , they got the same bad information from Bluefin as everyone else did.

Take what they say as TRUTH, AS THE UNDERSTAND IT.

It could be later that September if something goes wrong in shipping or customs or distribution. There is not way TW or any supplier can predict that.

Just keep that in mind so you do not have a seizure when they get delayed then crap all over TW for giving out information that they received that is totally unverafiable.

I recall that TW hedged with language like "according to the distributor", and "the manufacturer states".

Theyre going on what theyre told like the rest of us. Cant get mad at TW.

Just to put some facts in here,

BlueFin Distribution, the exclusive distributor for Blitzway products in the United States, is taking possession of their Ghostbusters shipment on August 21st. This means the expected arrival in the U.S. is the first full week of September. The U.S. production allocation is shipping from the factory first, so that product will be released in the U.S. and Asian markets at the same time.

There's no hedging there.

Timewalker is getting information from Bluefin like all retailers are. They just choose to bill customers before Bluefin has even received the shipment. Which is the same thing they did previously.

"Imminent Arrival items are pre-orders that have been received by the distributor and will arrive at our facility soon (generally within 7-14 days)." And that's why I don't believe in their "imminent arrival" notices. Just a way to bill you earlier

So you are a retailer for Bluefin? You have direct information from bluefin that timewalker does not have?

If i were TW i would not have couched the language as they did. They wrote in certainties, rather than supported conjecture. All you have to do is add "It is our understanding" at the beginning and they're basically covered.

It's not hard to ask other US retailers that carry Blitzway about the arrival. Of all the ones I've asked, all have stated that bluefin has not received the shipment yet

We haven't heard anything about another delay yet, so let's just take TimeWalker at their word that they would not bill until they officially heard that these were on the boat, and again...assume that is the fact for now.

I'm sure Steve doesn't want to be in a situation like the first go around of imminent arrival confirmation...again. Lol.

In a few days, who knows, there may very well be a delay again. I for one am going to remain optimistic, and be excited about these possibly being in our hands in a couple of weeks, rather than opt for conveying a disappointment over something that hasn't happened yet. Just saying. Lol.

Blitzway - 1/6 Scale Ghostbusters - Collectible Figures and ECTO-1

Just spoke to a few of my friends in Hong Kong, there was a level 10 typhoon there over the last few days, so this actually could cause a delay. Supposedly the blitzway shipment was supposed to hit the water on Monday of this week. He's not sure if it actually did or not, and the distributors here are also inquiring about the same thing. So take from that what you will.

It looks like Time Walker is potentially about to be unfairly slapped with the Honorary Molecule 8 Award of Distinction for Exemplary Performance in Misleading Figure Collectors! Unfairly being the key word here...relax the figures will release when they release...I don't see any chance of them suddenly not coming out so why all of the hand wringing and consternation over whether its 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or 4 weeks...I am sincerely envious of anyone who has the free time to watch the clock so closely for a figure release

BLUEFIN is tell TW what and when.....TW is just sending along the information......

How is it their fault if they collect monies based on information from Bluefin. I suggest if you do not like paying ahead of time stop preordering stuff .......

First off TIMEWALKER is a AMAZING STORE & Great communication and help and info. 2nd these 4 packs are close to a grand and see nothing wrong asking for payment and not get stuck with a pricey order some one backed out on order. Timewalker is a small hobby shop and this ghostbusters release is Huge GLOBAL release that already helping paying shipping on oversea shipping i have heard from other members say. I have nothing but Praise for Timewalker toys and great safe fast shipping. Enough with the witch hunt the figure's will get here soon enough. I have mine paid off since start of this month and have no worrys ever at all with them. I stagger to think how much this ghostbusters invoice is of all the orders for timewalker toys i would not doubt over 100 grand easy. If we get a delay oh well but im still counting down a couple weeks at best other wise until we get email delay cya.
