I took off their walkie talkies because they weren't wearing them at all during the Gozer encounter. I moved both of the keychain attachments around according to how they were during that encounter as well. During the Slimer encounter, both the smaller and longer attachments were on the right side of their belt, not the left as they come stock. They were also on the right side during the Gozer encounter, with Venkman's shorter one being in the back on his left side. Winston had no keychain attachments at all on his belt, so I removed his.

So in short, quite a lot of rearranging the placement of stuff on their belts, or just taking things off all together that weren't there.

I used these photos as reference photos for placement of the keychains. Some changed from scene to scene in the same act, but I just put them as accurate as possible. Also adjusted the length of them to make them longer so they don't fit as tight, putting stress on the buckle.

:duff Thanks, just saved those pics for future reference so I can get things as screen accurate as you have. Waiting to get Winston before deciding on a final setup.

Venkman's proton pack strap is way higher than I thought for the Slimer bust scene but seems to go back to waist level for the Gozer section. Ackroyd's head doesn't look as fat as the Blitzway figure in those shots. Looking at that I'd say Egon is the most accurate of the sculpts.

From what I recall, Ray had it connected to this V-shaped connector holster thing attached to the left side of their belt.

I'm currently making trap hooks for my guys. This is Peter's. His was slightly different. All black with a bit of weathering and a couple of extra snaps. He wore his on his right hip, as can be seen the first time Peck visits the firehouse. Ray's was the same, except the v-hook itself was silver, and it was worn on his left hip. I still need to add the straps to this one, but once I get this one done I should be able to make copies. I have a few other belt accessories planned as well.

Oh wow, never thought anyone would make those..at least in varying degrees of individual detail like you mentioned. Very impressive little piece indeed! Did you just get some thin plastic and use a dremmel, along with adding the little buttons? I mean it looks like a manufacturer made it. Well obviously your gonna have a lot of collectors wanting to purchase these from you. So what other belt accessories are there? I thought the trap holder was the only thing missing lol.

Very nice! :clap

What other accessories are you going to make?

It's styrene sheet, and rod, mostly, at this point. I used a 1:1 template and scaled it down. I might make the initial strap brackets out of metal for some stability.

What other accessories are you going to make?

Several. Most probably won't be too interesting for the casual fans. Although neither of them used one in the movie, there are a few scenes where Pete had a maglite flashlight holder on his belt, and several BTS photos where Ray has one as well. I'll also be making the holster for Egon's Geiger counter, and, even though he didn't have one in the movie, I'm going to make a holster for the PKE.

I'll also be making several fobs, holsters and equipment from GBII like the LifeGard II.

I'm also going to be doing a lot of little mods to the belt gizmos and packs, because, even though what Blitzway has given us is a good base, there are a lot of missing details.

Opened my 4 pack Xmas day.....

It's a Ray with a Spengler suit, so I would assume they would send a new suit. It would be absolutely ridiculous for them to assume everyone can sew and send just a patch.

I would find it to be almost as bad to be expected to strip the figure down and re-clothe it...I never customize or modify my figures so maybe this would not be as big a deal to others...

As unwilling as you might be in undressing the figure it would be a far easier task than to stitch a patch.

What's with the Ray Spenglers? That's weird.

So will they send you a new patch, suit or head?

Watch them send a Louis Tully sculpt.

I mean it's not necessarily inaccurate. :lol

Unfortunately, this would likely be what you'd have to do. As was mentioned, it's very doubtful they'd send you just the 1/6 patch and expect you to sew it on; they'd just send you the correct suit.

When you purchase the figure you are buying a fully clothed figure that you don't have to pull apart and go through this to display...I think I would need at the least a replacement clothed body that I could swap the head with...I would gladly send back or destroy and photograph the other body...of course this is all academic for me because fortunately mine all came in the correct suits.
