I have heard a lot of bad things about this company so be cautious.

Okay, guys. If you're not in Australia then you're probably not privy to how Aussies regularly pay a premium for collectibles. For example, a $250 Hot Toys figure would easily run $375 here. Naturally, I expected the same would likely stand for the GBs, and I'd end up paying $1,300ish AUD for them at the least, so I decided to just pre-order with Timewalker, as they had the payment plan as well. All said, after shipping and the current conversion rate, it came out to $1,256.29AUD.

Now, here's where I slap my forehead. A local online store located on the Goldcoast (about a two hour drive from here) just advertised the GBs for $949.95AUD with free shipping. Now, I've already dropped the NRD with Timewalker, so if I cancel I'll be eating $130AUD. That would put my total for the local purchase to $1079.95AUD shipped. When you factor in that I'm going to be hit with import duties due to the value being greater than $1,000, assuming I'll be hit with no less than 10% of the total, I'm looking at another $125ish on top of the $1,256.29 delivered price from Timewalker.

So, If I buy from Timewalker, I'll end up paying around $1,550. And from the local store, $949.95 (and if I factor in the canceled NRD at Timewalker, $1079.95). That's a pretty hefty saving, and the money I'm saving will probably half-way pay for the Ecto-1.

I think people forget...Doc had this look in BTTF...the 1st movie, end scene...so technically this is Doc Brown from the first movie.

But the scene in the mall parking lot is WAY more iconic. And in my opinion a much better look for doc.

Yea, that look may have been in BTTF 1, but when you show that figure to people, they will associate it with BTTF2. The radiation suit is iconic to the first movie.

With my first (and only) order through them, they borked up my address details so the parcel arrived locally but not at my house, so it was then going to be sent back. I saw the error on the tracking site, called the courier, and they said it was no problems to send it out to the correct address once they confirmed my details with the seller. Premium Collectibles refused to pay the $10 re-posting fee, and my parcel was returned to sender.

So as good as this price is, I have zero faith that my parcel will arrive.

Sorry to hear about the botched delivery. That sucks.
They seem to fall under the category "too good to be true". I saw the price after I had pre-ordered from Popcultcha, but I think I'll keep it just because I've used them for almost every figure in my collection over the last 5 years and I've never had an issue.

Timewalker toys has a payment plan. Charge a non refundable deposit on order then payment Nov 1, Dec 1st and last payment when they get the item in.

So, if we're willing to pay almost $900 for four figures, surely there must be some company out there that could do a 1/1 scale proton pack for in and around the same price. Still disappointed Mattel threw in the towel on the props line after the proton wand.

Are you not aware of the Anovos offering??

Granted, it's a kit. And Anovos is being pretty cagey about how much assembly is actually required.

They should fit fine. Adding Slimer, barricade, etc. might present more of a problem, but I had my customs and Slimer on one shelf and it worked.
