Just so you know, I never try to deliberately order something I plan to cancel, but often times these things are preordered many months in advance and then there's sometimes additional months delays that by the time the figures actually drop either something else in life has come up or you wind up with multiple figures needing to be paid for all at once. I'm just cautious with my money. It's an expense hobby that too often requires a long advance commitment.

Yes, all of that is totally understandable and I'm well aware of it. If life takes a turn that makes it hard or impossible to follow through, I'm good with that. Been there myself, too.

It's just that often some collectors pre-order something just to save their place in case they want it. They basically reserve it and decide later. With our X-Plus Godzilla figures, I often get some collectors who, at the last minute, say something like "oh, you can just cancel that. I really want to just focus on this other line right now." Aargh!

Can't do it. Sorry.
In fact I jumped the gun when I set the prices I did.
I forgot to factor in credit card and Paypal charges which are as high as $30 for the Special Pack.
But, I'm sticking to what I advertised anyway.
I may have to raise the prices later for future orders. Prices for earlier orders will totally be honored.

Same here. Although I personally think that is manageable, since the only reveals at SDCC that I really wanted were these and HT BttF II Marty and Doc. Those don't release until next year though, so I think I'm good for awhile. The only other one would also be HT TFA Luke Skywalker.

I am so pissed off that they are coming out with the BTTF 2 Doc and not the first one.
I have the first Marty and the first DeLorean. I need a first Doc!!

Preordered the 3 pack. I'm on a tight budget and to be honest I've never considered Zeddemore to be as important to the first movie as the other 3.

Same here. A 1985 Doc in a white radiation suit holding the remote control for the DeLorean would be perfect. I can KINDA see why they didn't make one for the first movie though, being that the first movie is more Marty's movie/story; the second film is about Marty and Doc.

We have a brick and mortar location, but we don't have a storefront. Too much stock.

They're supposedly 'limited edition' but what that means exactly in terms of numbers is anyone's guess.

Really? Well, I'll let you know by the end of Friday night. Saturday morning at the latest. I get paid that Friday and I'll know what I'm gonna do. Truth to tell, if my math is right, you also have the best deal on the sets and I'm trying to decide right now if i'm gonna just go all in and do that instead of a single or two. I just know if I do it, that'll be my last new order for the year and I'm not sure I want to completely abandon the other upcoming stuff coming out end of 16/beginning of 17.). But yeah, if you can give me till Friday/Saturday, I'd appreciate it.

Okay, guys. If you're not in Australia then you're probably not privy to how Aussies regularly pay a premium for collectibles. For example, a $250 Hot Toys figure would easily run $375 here. Naturally, I expected the same would likely stand for the GBs, and I'd end up paying $1,300ish AUD for them at the least, so I decided to just pre-order with Timewalker, as they had the payment plan as well. All said, after shipping and the current conversion rate, it came out to $1,256.29AUD.

Now, here's where I slap my forehead. A local online store located on the Goldcoast (about a two hour drive from here) just advertised the GBs for $949.95AUD with free shipping. Now, I've already dropped the NRD with Timewalker, so if I cancel I'll be eating $130AUD. That would put my total for the local purchase to $1079.95AUD shipped. When you factor in that I'm going to be hit with import duties due to the value being greater than $1,000, assuming I'll be hit with no less than 10% of the total, I'm looking at another $125ish on top of the $1,256.29 delivered price from Timewalker.

So, If I buy from Timewalker, I'll end up paying around $1,550. And from the local store, $949.95 (and if I factor in the canceled NRD at Timewalker, $1079.95). That's a pretty hefty saving, and the money I'm saving will probably half-way pay for the Ecto-1.
