Blitzway - 1/6 Scale Ghostbusters - Collectible Figures

Proud owner of the 1st release and I'm glad they didn't reuse any of the 1.0 sculpts. All the 1.0 sculpts are great IMO. I've been a lurker for sometime so I know how everyone feels about Winston and Peter. Winston was just a tad too dark or red, a repaint showed that it was a great sculpt. Peter is a little tricky as I think it's a great sculpt but it was not for this certain point in time. He is more closer to his Ghostbusters 2 counterpart IMO. BW has given original owners to double dip and for those new collectors to pick this up. I know there's some who doesn't have the complete team. The argument if they keep the same uniform colors to the 2.0 as there some of us who thinks it should be tan or light grey depending on the photos we got or what see in the screen. BW may end up giving us a different shade of color and you might probably end up getting all 4 if you want uniform or same colors. I'm not sure about the headsculpts from the Slimer scene. You'll only see them in those reactions for a few seconds so I don't if you will put those heads on your figs full time. I would think there's also an alternate 2.0 Egon and Winston head but we're still waiting

I can’t stop looking at these they fixed everything. I hope they also made the size slightly smaller to fit with hot toys figures and made stronger belt buckles. Fix those two and this set will be near flawless.

Does anyone have a BW Kurt Cobain? That's BW's last release, if his size seems to be correct compared to the others, then it's a good sign they might have fixed the height of the 2.0

I would say the KC figure is on the tall side, considering the real KB wasn't tall, but I wouldn't say he's significantly taller than HT figures.

Kurt’s actual height is very hard to determine due to his posture but he’s definitely shorter than Grohl -so sub 6’.

His figure should be no taller than 30cm.

5’9 I believe is the accurate height, bad posture bringing him down to around 5’7 ish.

Him and Courtney were
the same height when she didn’t wear heels.

I am very much looking forward to getting all of these. However, I will not be using this sculpt, something about it just seems off to me for some reason...

Does anyone both have BW GB 1.0 and KC to check the size difference? If the size difference seems to match, then it's possibility the 2.0 will have the same height.

It's a good body. The irony is that it's too big and muscular for a small guy like Cobain. But it would probably be good for heavier body types like these guys.

Same here. The suspense is killing me. I have a feeling this is may be high priced so I'm hoping we get 2 heads for each figure although I'm hoping we get a different Venkman head. I think many of us has expressed disinterest in that screaming head

Maybe not October but selfishly wouldn't mind waiting until the new year. JazzInc Catwoman pre-orders and InArt Superman final invoice will be taking most of my money in the immediate future.

Wow, somehow missed this a week or so ago. Looks like I'm finally buying some BW Ghostbusters. Those Venkman and Winston sculpts are such a huge step up on the V.1 sculpts.

And I know the suit color is another blue/brown Han Hoth coat topic, but the new color looks a bit more gritty and distinctive and maybe a bit more in keeping with the onscreen color (most of the time.)
