Yep, gonna take a while but well worth it. In fact, I almost went for the 2-pack simply for the iconic robe but passed. I MAY dye mine Lilac, the actual color, we'll see. Just need the soap and I'm good.

It was delivered earlier today! Was hoping to get this before the end of the year and it did!



Was working all day so I didn't have a chance to fiddle with it but my initial impression is that it's unbelievable!

Much better in hand than in all the pics posted online.

Got him finally. Love it. Aside from the **** base. Won't be using that junk. Wish he had the soap though. Will be picking that up.

Thanks. Its really nothing, just changed the head and glasses. Blitzway its using its own neck and ankle pegs and that does not help much.

Fairly static pose here but it's just that I honestly can't help myself from staring at it and admiring the quality of the likeness before even getting to posing the figure. The likeness and quality definitely rivals most of what Hot Toys puts out in my opinion..

I can see now how although yes it is a bit softer in sculpt than the prototype and yes some of the paint details are gone, all the photos I've seen of this final production figure have somewhat washed out all the detail that is so apparent in person and in hand. It's fair to say that without an expensive camera, lenses, good lighting, etc. you would need to apply filters or some photoshopping to do the figure justice.

For anyone on the fence, I'd say just make the purchase and you won't be disappointed!

Yeah, one of the best likeness sculpts from a world class sculptor. Guys, anyone on the fence, get it soon (during release window) because It'll be hard to find for under $350-400 in a couple years.

Does anyone know why there are only recast heads on ebay? Every single part has been parted out but the stock head sculpts. Was hoping to kit bash a sculpt and body for a robe version.

maybe they were sold out months ago? maybe the seller wanted to keep the head for their own? maybe the accessories are also recasts?

anyway the recast has non-blood version which is more suitable for the bathrobe.

There are multiple sellers parting out parts, so that would mean all of them would have kept the heads. The head sculpts were never on eBay to begin with, I checked every day. I did hear they sold out quickly at Toy anxiety though.

No you can tell by the quality that they are genuine Blitzway parts as they are all painted beautifully. Plus they have the clothes bodies and stands as well. I doubt very much that they would be knock offs.

Only thing that bothers with buying that recast is that since it's a recast the sculpt might be warped. Guess it's ok since it's only a kit bash.

My robe was shipped with tracking by Seller with 100% rating. Could be a week, could be a month (more likely).

Cool. I finally got mine today. It appears it got lost in China as the seller shipped it EMS.



Figure will be here Thursday so it all worked out great in the end.

This figure in the robe on the shelf could be the single greatest mancave bathroom accessory/decoration ever conceived.
