I was wondering about that because I rewatched the preview video this morning and swore he was looking in different directions. Very cool feature.

Nope, at any price it's too incomplete, and for $800, it's especially incomplete, I just can't get into a Boba Fett budt without some chunk of his backpack showing, it's part of his look. It's one thing where you're displaying just his mask, but once you start adding neck and shoulders, it feels unfinished to not have that pack showing some, it defines his look to me.

Good to know he gets a cape, but I think I'll just spend a couple hunderd and just an amazing helmet from someone at TDH. Like I said, I was only willing to go up to $600

I had a good suspicion that the head would be articulated, and I certainly knew that it wouldn't be $500.

It looks great, esp now that we know it is indeed cloth and not completely sculpted; but it's a pass for me --- might be different once I see it in July.

I ordered too. I was figuring it was going to fall between $600-700. I wasn't planning on budgeting $800. The jetpack was a non factor. But looking at it, I passed on the Vader because of the price and the fact that I have the MR Helmet. I missed out on the MR Boba Helmet and I badly wanted a lifesize Fett item in my SW collection. Jetpack aside, it looks like a fantastic bust and will look great with my Grievous and Yoda Busts.

except the scene where he follows the Millenium Falcon after being dumped from the Star Destroyers garbage. It clearly shows no jetpack, so you could say this bust takes place while he's flying the Slave 1

I could not agree more. I am as big a star wars fan as they come and this bust is simply incomplete...and for $800!?! Unless they decide to go with a tiny edition size (which I doubt) he will be available for well less than msrp in due time.

He stopped wearing it later in life after getting out of the Sarlacc pit.

I ordered. Have quite a while to pay for him.

and I was right, no jetpack. The back doesn't go down far enough to hold the top half of it like the Legends in 3D bust does.

So for all of those who said there was no way it would be over $500...haha..hows $800? I believe I was right on with this one... Now...for $800...i would at least expect the helmet to be painted correctly...and from the photos they supplied...its wayyyyyyyyy off.. The detail level is at a 5 out of 10.. and the main "cat scratch" over his right eye looks like a blob...If you dont know much about fett props this would be decent..but for anyone who knows about them at all..this thing is a joke.

If this has real armor, and by that I mean secondary pieces (which is the only way it will actually look nice - unlike Bossk); it will be close to $700, I am fairly certain of it.
