I thought the Preview went up on Thursday May 11th and the preorder was on the following Thursday May 18th. At least that's when I nabbed my pictures from the site.

Anyway, that means it could be up tonight.

You are right. From the May 11 newsletter:

How could I forget the week of speculation as to what the exclusive could be! (Floating magnetic rocks, Yoda's hovel, etc.)

I just remember being surprised that it went up with no warning/scheduled time.

You are absolutely correct, Wor-Gar. A check of the newsletter archive at Sideshow's site confirms this. The preview was in the May 11th newsletter, and the exclusive (ES=TBD) went up for sale the following week, with the ES announced later.

I see no reason to assume that Fett will be handled any differently.

I remember everyone talking about Luke's likeness for the week before the preorder and the new pictures. Remember everyone guessing what the exclusive would be?

Here's my interpretation of those unusual pluralizations:

Tonight they will tell us the time that he will be available for online preorder during the week of SDCC. They will also remind us that Comic Con attendees can order him in person at the Sideshow booth beginning Thursday morning. There you have it--ordering opportunities (plural).

So my hopes are high for a preorder tonight, but not exactly "through the roof" high.

Tonight they will tell us the time that he will be available for online preorder during the week of SDCC. They will also remind us that Comic Con attendees can order him in person at the Sideshow booth beginning Thursday morning. There you have it--ordering opportunities (plural).

So my hopes are high for a preorder tonight, but not exactly "through the roof" high.

I suspect your interpretation is correct. I would think SS wants as many people as possible to know about the PF Fett availability.

Still hope its tonight though.

Also hope they announce the new Scum & Villainy character (Greedo).

So the Friday morning at 10 AM PST priority preorders work better for the UK crowd, right? It will be interesting to see if they go back to that. After a lot of memorable Friday mornings with the Star Wars 12" preorders, they switched to Thursday night for Darth Maul. I will be interested to see what happens in the future.

Why can't they split the ordering - have it on for a lenght of time for the US and then stop it. Then having it open again at another time for the UK.

Or just stick to the Friday ordering at 6pm UK time.

They have confirmed that all of the new items being previewed at Comic Con will be available for order immediately. You can talk to one of their CS reps at the show and they can get your order in the system at any time. There won't be a specific time with a long line. Just let somebody know any time you are at the booth and they will take care of you.

HAHA! me too...partially. On the one hand, it's exciting to anticipate that pre-order madness and get in during that window. On the other hand, I would have been PISSED not to get the Maul 12" and would be EXTREMELY pissed not to get this PF Fett!
