Got a bit tirred of all the studying with her so I went out for a vacation to the Caribbean with my old pall Jack Sparrow and the beautifull Miss Swann Harry Potter wanted to come allong but me and Jack sended him down to Davy Jones's deep blue ocean.

I am actually quite happy that the Sideshow Exclusive version is so large. I would image that would mean the regular version will be at least 2000 as well (and probably 2500 like Vader). It will also mean that I can skip this one on initial release due to Jabba PF Dagobah Luke, etc., etc. and still be able to get it next summer at or below retail. Now, I am not trying to bash the actual Fett. It looks amazing. However, the exclusive has to be the weakest exclusive Sideshow has made to date. After an amazing exclusive like the Luke Reveal Vader head with PF Dagobah, they really missed the mark with that massive Mandalorian Pog. I am willing to bet I can get the regular version for 40 to 50 cheaper on the 2nd market. I wil take 50 bucks over a Pog any day. I have a feeling I might be able to get most, if not all, my pre-purchases now. Whew....

They will be watching the orders closely when it goes up. If they really don't wan't more than 2000 they will cut the orders off when it gets there, no matter how fast it happens. If it's not inclusive, they can stop it whenever they want.

I think that 2000 is a good guess for the edition size, and not much higher than that. I wouldn't think that they would make more of the exclusive Boba Fetts than they made of the exclusive Darth Vaders.

fett was actually my first premium format figure. i think it's gorgeous looking. can't wait to put him on the shelf with all my other fett swag. i'm afraid though once i take the pf plunge, i will look on disdain on all my 1/6th scale stuff.

I cancelled mine to pay vet bills. And I can;t in good conscience get that AND Jabba. I did order up the animated maquette though.

I wouldn't go as far as saying that I disdain my 1/6 stuff, but after getting into the PF line, I can say without a doubt that they are my favorites. Can't wait for Fett, who will be the best of the bunch. Since the exclusive isn't absolutely manda-tory, I hope that some folks who normally can't afford a PF will be able to find one of these from a retailer at a good price. You don't want to miss PF Fett...

That's what I did and I was able to save quite a bit pre-ordering the non exclusive version through a reputable retailer.

Yep....PF is the way to go! 12" figures are no where near as good as the PFs.

Ok guys, i'm late jumping on the bandwagon here but this Fett really kicks butt. Going through my wallet however made me realize I'm going to have to sell some stuff to get this guy. So here's my question:
Should I sell my Koto Shocktrooper, or my Koto sandtrooper corporal to help finance this? Opinions please!

I've got the exclusive on preorder but would rather pick up a cheaper regular edition. The problem is all the well known dealers are sold out by now. Will ebay provide the best deal from here on out?

Well I have yet to get my wait list converted. I wonder how many people will cancel or get their card declined but I guess I still have 4 months so I may still be in luck.
