Yes the statue truely does look a little bigger than 1:4. About the helmet: i have an mystery 1:1 here and i does look very big. Sideshows might be a tad to large but not too much. Bringing it to a more correct shape solves some riddles about it. My guess here is that Sideshow acutally built a firmly accurate helmet, but making it stable wonked it totally up. You won't believe how dumb and useless that interior is for a statue which is not supposed to be played with

Cant find a thread for this figure on the forum. I know there is a lot od talk about the sculpt of this figure, however I just got hold of one of the exclusives and I have to say, although I see the problem with the sculpt, the overall figure is awesome.
Anyone else have any thoughts?

Anyway, I think its a great figure. I didn't notice that he had a different color scheme between ESB and ROTJ so no way I'll notice the problem with the sculpt. Plus I'm not one for analyzing every angle and curve. So long as its recognizable it's close enough for me. My one complaint with the figure is the loose armor. I hate the knee pads and the arm gauntlet thing with the rocket launcher or whatever that thing is.

its a pretty decent figure..I know alot about fett itself because I am currently wrapping up a two year project making a lifesize one..and I have done all the painting etc.. the helmet definately isnt accurate as far as paint scheme and shape..but still looks decent..I defaintely love the figure though

For me couldn't get past the shape of the helmet being wrong, any part of the costume could have been wrong on this & i would barely notice, but to me a helmet has to be as good if not better then a face sculpt, there was someone here who made a new helmet much more accurate, unfortunately it turned out slightly undersized though

I own the PF and I think it's a very nice statue. It's a great conversation starter when friends come over and it's a excellent show piece, IMO.

the weight of the polystone is a great feature in the PFs I own, that being said, that is the only letdown I have about the Fett. Even though he is plastic, they could have done certain pieces in polystone, but overall, I still think he is a great addition to the line.

I have noticed that the middle diamond part of the chest armour is a little wonky almost touching the right hand side piece. Does anyone know how easy it would be to remove it and re stick it with some kind of glue, I know its only a small thing but it's annoying the hell out of me now.

It's an awesome PF, one of the most impressive in the line IMO. The only issue I have with mine is that hs rangefinder is a bit loose, but that's an easy fix I'm sure.

Your best bet would be the secondary market.

That's where I'm looking, I know there's deals to be had and I refuse to pay some of the rediculous mark up prices sellers ask for so I'm hoping my wait list gets lucky or an ESB version gets announced. I was so close this passed weekend too
