Unless I’m mistaken, Triad still sells it from time to time on EBay. They had it two weeks ago but I’ve just checked and they don’t have it right now, so keep an eye on their offerings.

Do what I do...save a search with eBay and tell it to email you when any new listings are put up. I've picked up a lot of hard to find items through that just by knowing when they were available.
