BOIL and WAXER with NUMA 12" Figure Set

This set is definitely one of the most underrated pleasant surprises of the SSC SW line from the past year. I think it got shoved way out of the limelight by more high profile releases and received one of two responses from a lot of collectors: "Oh, another clone repaint..." or "Boil and who???" Thing is, if you follow the Clone Wars, you know these characters are from one of the very best episodes of Season 1 (probably tied with "Rookies" in my book). And they are rendered absolutely lovingly. My biggest dilemma has been how to display them - with helmets? Without? And ProgMatinee is right, Numa is VERY well done, she is like the crowning jewel of the set (appropriate, since she was the heart of the episode). My one regret about getting this set is that I was too late too order the exclusive with the doll-clutching arm...ahhh well. So for those who passed this up for other purchases: understandable. But if you get the chance to pick it up at a later time, go for it!

It is a very cool set indeed , another thing is that no one has pointed out is the pricing , for $225.00 you get what I consider to be two deluxe clones that include 2 helmets and switch out portrait plus the noramal weapons , extra hands and feet and well as the blaster pistols and the Binoculars plus the Numa figure.

3 figures plus acessories for $225.00 is a pretty good deal considering that SS could have charged $275.00 for the set .

I was originally going to use the money for a Hot Toys figure but am I glad I 'm glad I changed my mind. This is a munch better deal and a great value plus compaired to HT prices this set is like getting 3 for the price of one.

Got my set yestersday and am very impressed with it . The paint apps are great and Numa turned out very well. $225 for 3 figures isn't a bad price point either .

I'm glad I got these guys , now we just need the airborne trooper to complete 212th . Of course with Gree we'll need Barc Trooper and with Bly a STAR CORP.

Get both, you can get Boil and Wxer now and at least have 3 months or probably more to save for IG-88.

i have orders for medicom ROTJ boba fett,green clone,yellow clone,sandtrooper,ig-88,certainly SS-boba when availible....

Looks like IG-88 per the SS website is December along with Gree.

SS always slams us around the Holidays. Glad I bugeted for this.

Nice pics watermelon! Just one minor note the mid range (bicep/tricep) arm armor is on backwards. The curved groove is supposed to be on the back, think of your tricep definition.
