One minor comment on your paint - House has some gray hairs in his beard, and a little gray above his ears.''

There is some grey in both his beard and hair, but I may need to go back and highlight it a bit more.

I have to agree with Neehar. However i think his hair and beard look to blonde. Could be your lighting again. Must be a House themed week. I saw Small_Studios just posted the full Serang set a few days ago and Zuno before that
