Thor FB came at work today!!!! WOOT!!

Can't wait to get him home and open it up!! Everyone's pciks look so good, so I'll have to open him to check him out!!!!

I just received my first Bowen figure, faux bronze Cap. I love it! I also pre-ordered the faux bronze Spidey & DD to display along with my SIM. I'm hoping that the three Bowen figs will display well with my SIM. What do you guys think? Do you think the Bowen figs are too small to display with SIM? Here's a couple of pics to give you an idea how they're going to be displayed:

I wouldn't display them together because of the difference in scale....I'm a bit anal about the scale of statues/busts when setting up my displays, lol.

Well, you don't seem to mind having the zombie busts displayed with SIM, so what's the problem?

Personally I'm with 316 on this one, I would find a different spot for SIM, and put the 3 bronzes over the 3 busts.

Thanks for your responses, guys. I actually do mind displaying things in different scale and style (painted vs fb, bust vs PF or comiquette) but I had to make an exception with my Marvel collection (Grey Hulk w/The Thing & SIM w/? and the zombie busts) since I'm trying to keep them together in the same display case.

My problem is that I've been trying to figure out how to display my SIM since I purchased him. He just seems to always end up alone in a miscellaneous shelf. I was hoping that the three fb Bowen figs (Cap, Spidey & DD) would work as a background with the SIM as a centerpiece. I may just have to wait to get all three fb figs to see if it works out; otherwise, you may see the fb figs in the For Sale thread. ...And those zombie busts may just have to find another home.

Display your SIM with the other PFs (Assuming you have the other PFs).

Thor FB is the only piece I have that actually looks like bronze. Notice the patina coloring on his arms? Mine's the same way. I like them all, but I just noticed this tonight when looking at mine more closely.
