I hate the way Pork Pies look (Cranston pulls it off, but I shudder to think of all of the hipsters who are going to be wearing them thanks to Breaking Bad), but I think it'd be a badass piece of memorabilia to own.

I couldn't resist. Just need a display box and an art piece for the wall to accent the set-up. Nothing too over the top. Something simple.

It'd be an awesome piece to track down, at some point. Even better if you could get the box signed by Cranston like they were doing at SDCC.:lecture

Nothing wrong with that, as long as you just display it, and don't attempt to wear it. :lol

I wish that hats could be restored to their former glory. The Fedora, for example, was once the pinnacle of masculinity; it was associated with everyone from Frank Sinatra to Indiana Jones. Flash forward about 30-40 years, and, now, the only folks you see wearing fedoras are these Jason Miraz looking mutha****ahs, and the damn things are usually made of straw. Heisenberg somehow managed to make the pork pie seem badass, but, in a way, his popularity will have, undoubtedl, led to cheap imitators, and, in turn, the downfall of the pork pie.:lol

Yeah, the only white people who are now allowed to wear hats are: people over 50 and Justin Timberlake. I can't comment on other ethnicities, since they can seemingly pull off surprising looks.

But as of now, it seems only JT and RUN DMC are allowed. Everything else is a case by case basis.

I do agree though, I'd like to see hats return, within reason. Same with pipes. While I don't like being around smokers, it'll be a shame for pipes to fully die out.

The Fedora needs to make a comeback. Have it all over GQ. They need to have a full on overhaul of what it means to wear a fedora; reclaim it, and, while they're at it, pipes, too. That being said, you know what else should make a return? The trench coat. It was a classic look that wasn't uncommon in an office setting, and what's the first thing that pops into your head when you hear it, now? It's time that style was not the prisoner of hipsters and goth kids.:lol

The problem now is momentum. If the occasional person tried to being back a fedora, a pipe, or (far less damning) a trenchcoat, people would just think "what's this douche doing?"

A few isolated people trying to bring it back will be met with more ridicule than praise. Unfortunately, what we need is to enlist the power of celebrity. We have no class acts like Cary Grant roaming around, but if Clooney or Pitt threw on a nice hat or took up pipe smoking, then it re-enters society with some force.

So, since I'm sure both Clooney and Pitt are reading this, get on it!

Exactly. People idolize celebrities, so let the celebrities show them the way. Hell, I want to be an actor, anyway, so, someday, if I make it, I solemnly swear to aid in bringing back all three of the things mentioned.:lol

That being said, as far as the douche aspect goes, I actually think that all three things in tandem with one and other might be far less douchey. Imagine a guy walking down a street in NYC with a suit and Fedora; in today's world, people would think "who's this Timberlake wannabe?" However, imagine the same person wearing the Fedora, a trench coat, and smoking a pipe. A little old fashioned, maybe, but I wouldn't get the same "douchey" vibe, if I were a layperson.:p

Oh, trust me. Eli does. lol Now back on topic!!! Anyone pick up a Goorin hat today?!?!? I mean....

Did anyone pick up a Goorin hat today?! :rock

I ordered mine from the online store the moment it went on sale last week :rock

Great episode but not as intense as the first.

I agree with somebody earlier. In some cases the Skylar drama felt a little awkward and forced.

I am buying a hat and coat hook for my study to screw on the wall. I am going to put The Heisenberg on it with the exact same pink filtered gas mask and yellow chem suit :)
