Just an old article I ran across that I thought was pretty cool. It hits a little bit into how much of a 'control freak' Gilligan is. There was a discussion earlier about the different shades of green that Walt wears depending on how 'in control' he feels. . . that's touched on here a bit. Talks a bit about 'karma' and how everything has consequences, so just further evidence that Walt is going to face the music by the time it's all said and done.

It's a good read.

Came across this comment on a youtube video today..

"walt is supposed to be hated by series end, what better way to do than by killing jesse, one of the few characters with a moral compass? that could literally be the last scene and it would complete the show"

Interesting theory, that could be a great way to end the show and emphasize what Walt has truly become.

I think the last season is definitely going to be Walt vs Jesse. I am sure Jesse will find out about Walt poisoning the kid. However the creators have always said the series will not end happy for Walt so I honestly see Jesse killing Walt.

From Collider

Last August, we reported that Breaking Bad has been picked up for a 16-episode final season. Since the last three seasons have been 13 episodes each, and AMC would like to keep the Golden Goose going, there was speculation that the last season of TV’s best drama would be cut in half. Today, Bryan Cranston has pretty much confirmed that’s what will happen.

“We’re splitting it,” says Cranston, who’s currently shooting the fourth season premiere in New Mexico. “We’re going to shoot the first eight, then take a four-month production break, then the rest will air next year.”

So you mean they are gonna air 8 episodes this year in 2012.... And then air the final 8 episodes in 2013?

That is correct. I wouldn't be surprised if AMC airs part 2 in June 2013 so Breaking Bad is eligible for another year of Emmys.

Man that blows....so what I thought was the last season is technically turning into two seasons.

It prolongs the life of the show but I was expecting to see the conclusion this summer and not wait another year.

Either way I am really excited to see more Breaking Bad.

I just watched the last four seasons in like the last four days... :lol

This show is SOO GOOD!!

Cannot wait til July!

is one of the strongest shows Ive ever seen, is really amazing, very strong performances and really good plot, is really one of the best shows ive ever watched,
and i think the reason for that is just how amazing Bryan Cranston is as Walter, he really sells the show

Took me two weeks to watch seasons 3 and 4 after a 2 year hiatus from the show. Man, first half of season 3 failed to impress me, but the second half and whole of season 4 was so captivating.

Season 5 is gonna be a cracker. Can't wait to see how it all ends.

I really think they should start opening Los Pollos Hermanos theme restaurants (a la Bubba Gump shrimp company) All napkins could have the Heisenberg drawing, and Blue rock candy could be a snack.:lecture

there is this chicken restaurant that reminds me of pollos Hermanos, is called pollo campero
