This thread blew up over night.

More thoughts:

- Someone mentioned it, but I thought I too saw some blood on Gomey's shirt during the shootout. No way everyone gets out alive.

- I still stand by it. Last night's episode was the best in the show's run thus from. From pretty much beginning to end, I was on the edge of my seat.

- And I missed Talking Bad!!! Will have to catch up online this weekend.

This cracked me up :lol.

So is Walt officially 'wanted' by the law?

Hank has been doing his own thing and taking things into his own hands, trying to gather enough evidence to to convict him without a doubt. Gomez is now in on it, but did they formally go through the DEA and inform the 'higher ups' to get this thing done legally??? If not, Walt has his loop hole.

why was he shooting like that?

Came across this. Yeah, Walter White for the win. One of the most important events from that list is when Walt was cooking with Gail. He was happy there and things would have been fine if it wasn't for Jesse. Everything went down for the worst after he brought Jesse to help on the SuperLab.

No, if Hank and Gomez die in the desert -- as I expect! -- then he's free and clear. They talk about it before Gomez talks to Jesse at the very beginning of the show, plus when Gomez tells Hank that he's out if Jesse decides to "lawyer up". All the evidence dies with them.

Everything Hank did was illegal. He did not go by the book.

That's Walt's way out then, I predict. :lecture

*flings Bodie's Jonas Brother paraphernalia at you*

*uses commemorative edition NSYNC poo poncho to negate the effects*

:lol

If there ever was a 'bad acting' moment in this show, last night's episode had one....and it belonging to him. I remember commenting on that Todd as soon as I saw it. :lol I think it's his expression, above all else. He just like 'meh......meh.' *shoots*

Got it. Now, I'm thinking that's what's going to happen. Gomez is definitely dying and Hank will either be told to keep his mouth shut or he goes -or- they take out Hank anyway.

So many options!!! :thud:

Ha.. that list is kinda biased as it doesn't really show Walt's deeds as being evil, but presents them as all justified and right, while Jesse is made out to be stupid.

Listing and reading these as facts without the bigger context and without the human element can indeed convince someone that Walt is the better person, even though he is clearly not.

Anyone who has watched the show, they know what evil and manipulative things Walt has done, even though at times there may have been some valid reasoning or circumstances for that. And most are still rooting for him, cause he is clearly the protagonist, so that is expected and understandable.

But it's ridiculous to blame for Jesse for all the wrong doings, when there are lot of things Walt initiated that led to problems in the first place.

Eg 1: Walt is the one who approached Jesse in the first place that started this chain of events.

Eg 2: Jesse told Walt to get out when they got their millions from selling the stolen Methylamine. But no, Walt became greedy and he wanted to be in the EMPIRE BUSINESS. Well he is surely enjoying his Empire now.

Eg 1: Jesse was a Meth dealer to begin with. Though it may not have gone this far, Jesse probably would've died at some point, and he wouldn't even have millions of dollars to show for it.

But that's not the point, is it.

The point is, Walt pushed him into this situation. No matter how many times he's saved Jesse, he fails to see anything from Jesse's perspective. Hence why, Jesse ****ed over Walt.
