Broken Anakin PF claim

can i check if any of you guys have a regular anakin PF? Can the head be removed?

If it can, i might be tempted to buy one and use the sith head on it.

yeah, they told me it was the last one too. Only problem is there's no base since they probably sent that to someone who had a problem with their base. And since I was able to glue back his legs back on the EX, I just left the replacement in the box and put him away. Did you file your claim yet?

I've filed my claim on my side. The PO has said they have forwarded the info to the relevant officer who will call me within the week.

From my knowledge my PO will then forward the info to USPS.

What happens next i don't know.

Definitely worth posting updates though. It's great to see the step-by-step procedures for filing a claim and getting a refund.

Its the shippers problem not yours id contact that shipper and ask for a refund. As the post office is going to sent the money to him for the claim. But because you attempted to glue the statue i think your screwed bro. Unless you paid with pay pal. I've had problems like this beofre the seller usally handle everything all they need are pics from you, and they can push the claim it can take about 2 months

He got the glue off though. I think he will be okay as long as the shipper is aggressive and does not let the issue fall through the cracks

I think the point to note when shipping anakin is to have the wooden splints for his legs when shipping. i.e. Pack as SS packed as the minimum shipping and double box cos the sideshow shipper was never meant to be reused.

Hmmm spose you're right, personally I have encountered more problems with my usps shipments than ups, but you're right any company can do this.

Ok. latest update for anyone who wants how claims are done

Claim forms and pictures must be submitted to the buyer's PO by the buyer. The local PO then contacts USPS and USPS will then send payment to the seller.

However, I have no idea if they intend to take the statue back.
