yeah, they told me it was the last one too. Only problem is there's no base since they probably sent that to someone who had a problem with their base. And since I was able to glue back his legs back on the EX, I just left the replacement in the box and put him away. Did you file your claim yet?
I've filed my claim on my side. The PO has said they have forwarded the info to the relevant officer who will call me within the week.
From my knowledge my PO will then forward the info to USPS.

Its the shippers problem not yours id contact that shipper and ask for a refund. As the post office is going to sent the money to him for the claim. But because you attempted to glue the statue i think your screwed bro. Unless you paid with pay pal. I've had problems like this beofre the seller usally handle everything all they need are pics from you, and they can push the claim it can take about 2 months
