Bruce willis head: whos sculpt is this??

Hey guys , ifound this on ebay, and wondered whos original scuplt it was. i heard afew weird not soo good comments about the guy selling it.

i personally like it, but wondered who did the original, if any1 has got this sculpt etc??

hes also selling a young bruce with hair for earlier die hard customs.

The link isn't bringing up anything. If the head is being sold by diver4 it's probably a poor quality recast of this sculpt that was originally sold by Andgor.

yes its diver4. im looking for a good sculpt of a bald bruce, i like this sculpt but i guessed it may not be his as ppl have said he sells recasts. i wanted to tru this for a dh4 head. the link to the head he is sellin g and the andgor head look different to me?

is there any other good bald bruce heads out there, better than the 1s that come with the dead end and sat toys fig anyway!!

It probably just a poor job of molding and casting. I'm just guessing as the sculptor who did the Andgor sculpt told me many of the heads she sculpted for them were recast by diver4 and others. Andgor no longer accepts orders for heads and the sculptor will not sell castings so you might be out of luck finding this particular sculpt.

and i likie the look of thatbruce in the photo, but who knows what the sculpt is like if i were to get it to try? maybe with a good paint job frm 1 of the guys on here, it may look ok???

That looks like the Tears of the SUn Willis that was released a few years gao, but I may be wrong.

I've been looking for a decent Bruce Willis HS to do a 5th Element custom, but can't find one that will look right at the moment.

We all agree, this is really hard to find the perfect Bruce Willis HS, even Feng's McLane is a little bit off.

yeah it is hard to get a really close likeness, but it is for most ppl i think. but there are some that are pretty good and that are good enough to use as akitbash when given a good paint job!
iwas looking for a good bald bruce for a dh4 custom, and that ebay 1 looks more like him then the head that comes with the dead end toys die hard rip off figure.


and wow that hartigan likeness is pretty darn good ithink! weird seeing him in colour2! who did this sculpt and whos custom is it?

This sculpt was done by Gorae style. His customs are amazing. In fact, his custom Hellboy was so good that Hot Toys hired him to do their soon to be released Hellboy fig.

Check ebay for 1:6 heads in toys & hobbies. There are usually a few cleanshavena and 5 o'clock shadow bald Bruce Willis heads on there from overseas. They are vinyl (?) and easily attached to existing bodies.

hey ironman, yeah i did try searching ebay for bruce, which is how i find the 1st 1 which ppl said looks like the tears of the sun sculpt.

the only other bald brcue heads i seen are these and i aint keen on them personally:

The only other head I could suggest then is the ITPT version. Not the greatest Bruce look but an easy conversion for a 5th Element bash.

I don't think Gorae sells casts of his heads. There's a community of amazing customizers in Korea. They typically only sell through Korean 1/6 clubs and do very limited runs; usually around 30 editions or so.

Their figures are usually entirely handmade (except for the bodies) and run anywhere from $600-1200 US. Gorae actually handmade a mechanism to pose the eyes on his figures. He made an HK G36 with moving parts for his MI3 Tom Cruise. These guys are an unbelievable combo of artist and engineer.

I believe Gorae actually posts step by step instructions on how he does it all, but the instructions are entirely in Korean. It would be great if a Korean board member could translate!

Also, the previously posted head is not the Toy Soldier TOS Bruce. I have that one and I believe it was sculpted by Feng. Maybe Xenoviper can get Feng to sell some casts from that sculpt, although I believe he has updated it since.

Don't go with the bald Bruce. It is terribly under sized.
