All the excitement over Live Free or Die Hard got me on a Willis kick (even broke out Die Hard Trilogy for the PS1 and the Gamecube Die Hard game for some McClane run and gun action ... now if I could just find my copy of Apocalypse ... :lol ). So, I started thinking about where I would place LFoDH on his greatest films list. This is the Top Ten I came up with:

1.) Die Hard
2.) Sixth Sense
3.) Pulp Fiction
4.) Live Free or Die Hard
5.) The Fifth Element
6.) Die Hard 2
7.) Sin City
8.) Die Hard with A Vengeance
9.) 12 Monkeys
10.) Tie - Armageddon
10.) Tie - Unbreakable

I would love to see everyone else list ... oh, and bring on Die Hard 5!

P.S. I also love Hudson Hawk - don't hate :rotfl - probably one of the 10 people in the world who actually bought the Special Edition DVD.

1. Die Hard
2. Die Hard with a Vengeance
3. Pulp Fiction
4. Live Free or Die Hard
5. Sixth Sense
6. Sin City
7. Die Hard 2
8. Unbreakable
9. The Fifth Element
10. Last Boyscout

In no order...

Die Hard
Pulp Fiction
Sin City
The Last Boyscout
The Sixth Sense
16 Blocks
Unbreakable
Die Hard With A Vengance
The Fifth Element
12 Monkeys

*Havn't seen Live Free Or Die Hard yet

Last Boyscout was on my list at the bottom, til I remembered 12 Monkeys. While LB is a great action film, but I just enjoy the acting Bruce does in 12 Monkeys so much I had to bump LB down the list. While Willis is best know for his action roles, films like LB and Sixth Sense prove he can act as well.

Die Hard
12 Monkeys
Pulp Fiction
The Sixth Sense
Sin City
The Fifth Element
Armageddon
Die Hard 3
Unbreakable
Last Man Standing

I think his best comedic performance was in "The Kid" but the movie as a whole didn't make my Top 10. And he was a great villain in "The Jackal."

That was one of those cheeseball popcorn movies that I actually enjoyed for what it was. But if you argued with me I would consider bumping Die Hard 3 above it on the list.

I won't argue with you... I was just curious as to the reason.

No one mentioned Hudson Hawk.

Um ... it wasn't in my top 10, but I did mention it in the first post.

As for Armageddon, I am sorry, but that's a great "action" movie. Armageddon was funny, moving, and exciting. Hell, I still tear up a little every time Bruce does his little speech to Liv Tyler at the end - then when you see Willis picture at the wedding. It may not be all that plausible ... but how many films on our Willis lists are? Suspension of Disbelief and Entertainment are the weapon .... the two weapons of the Willis Entertainment ..... Sorry, they are running a Python marathon ----> :rotfl

I liked HH too. He's always been one of my favorites since Moonlighting

Anyone else see when he made fun of Al Gore on Letterman?

1. Die Hard
2. The Last Boy Scout
3. Live Free or Die Hard
4. The Fifth Element
5. The Sixth Sense
6. Twelve Monkeys
7. Armageddon
8. Die Hard 2
9. Die Hard With a Vengeance
