I understand the appeal of the battle damaged figure but the initial clean look is the more iconic look in my eyes. Everything from the bar scene to the Pescadero escape is cinematic perfection. I still get annoyed when that female guard breaks his shades. :lol

I doubt they'll do a neck sculpted to the head, the body will have extra muscle mass added for Arnold's physique and that'll include the neck as part of the chest sculpt, with the head separate

For the exposed endo arm, they need to include a grey tee.

And to use the minigun, they also need to include the grenade bandolier (+ grey tee).

Luckily for me, since there’s no Harley Fatboy in sight, I’d have him how he looks like when he makes his Pescadero entrance.

at first glance, several things bother me about this prototype:

- the neck-head junction
- the torso that I find much too "thin", lacks volume and muscles.
- the rifle, it seems really too short.
- the skin color, too "tanned"...but maybe due to the lighting as it was said...

The neck/head thing has always been an issue with HT Arnie figures. They've never executed the joint and the visual transition particularly well and it harms both the realism and the likeness. DX10 was the worst and from what we've seen I'm not sure this is much better. NECA did a great job with the ball-joint heads on their Dutch (Predator) figures and one would hope a higher end, larger scale figure would be able to do the same - or failing that, go for the all-in-one head and neck sculpt - but no.

I'm getting these new T-800s but frankly I don't think they're much of a leap forward from what we got in the past. Better skin detail and better realisation of the moving eyes....hopefully clothes that won't rot away, a new accessory or two....but that's it.
