Ironman's head certainly fits the description for Apone. It's a very good sculpt imo.
I'm not aware of any websites currently selling painted Hicks heads. You're best bets are probably to post in the Wanted section of this forum, or buy an unpainted head and convince someone to paint it for you.

get an unpainted head and contact gdb on this forum. he painted an unpainted jesse ventura sculpt for me and it came out amazing.

Imho, FML's spikey haired version, closely followed by a well repainted Stoner head. The Stoner head is probably easier to get hold of these days.

It's in a "Hotwheels/ Matchbox scale, so it's even smaller.
