I don't even wanna watch this video, but I will say that employees like that have to have recourse to punish children. If someone tries to bully a staff member, that staff member should be able to have the child disciplined, because respect for the sake of respect only goes so far with the kinds of households some of these kids grow up in. Kids can be quite cruel.

Those kids,like most kids,would piss their pants if they were the ones getting bullied without their friends to support them.

I know she didn't ask for the money,or did they expect that much,but someone getting that amount of money for getting bullied for 10 minutes is just too sad.What about those people that are getting abused on a daily basis,most of them for many years and what do they get?
Insecurity that could affect them for life.

sometimes I think about that, that was too much, yes she deserves it but there are people that get hit beat up, kicked, I knew a bus driver that got kicked in the leg and she had to had surgery, the kid went to Juvie I think,

I think they should have payed her vacation and then make a fund for other victims or something I dont know..
