Yeah I would snag one of the regs before it's too late. Any SW fan shouldn't miss the droids. I snagged a reg which I like better because of the base and put the EX on WL. If it converts I will keep it if I can afford to.

I like the EX for the shiny new droids. That's how I want to rep them. But I like the reg for the base and if I had to I'd settle for displaying them as weathered and dirty.

Probably because it's so hard to get that paint perfect. Every figure will 'start' as the 'exclusive' version and those that have too many blemishes will be 'weathered' to become the 'regular' edition.
