Oh, and the majority of accidents can be blamed on that crazy blizzard that we had a couple weeks back. People don't know enough to slow down.

I'm not making any more political posts in this thread. But please don't bash my brother. He is a very intelligent and honorable ex-soldier. He just told it like it was when he said the Canadians stationed there with him weren't trained very well and got in the way more than anything. He doesn't have anything against Canada and neither do I.

Cloud - I am going to ask you again to stay out of this thread. You are not Canadian and do not have any reason to post here.

There is nothing wrong with people being patriotic about their country of origin. It is not stating that one country is better than another. There really is no reason for you to be taking offense over people being proud of where they are from.

OK, another Canadian here! Following the rollcall!

And yeah, import taxes suck and I try to avoid UPS and FedEx whenever I can. Which means if I want something from Sideshow, I still save money usually if I pay full retail on eBay... And most often, collectibles dip below retail, even sometimes on exclusives.

P.S. Tragedy befalls American and Canadian soldiers alike in those wars, as well the COUNTLESS civilians caught in the middle. Politicians are responsible for this mess and soldiers and their families have to suffer for it. Instead of belittling the common grunt or military, we should hold the politicians accountable.

i saw Michael Moore on Larry King recently... he made an interesting point... bring back the draft, make every politician's sons and daughters candidates to serve and watch how soon things would change.
