Yea their system sucks, same happened to me. Then it took multiple calls to fix it because cust service was clueless and kept insisting I just had to change it on the website on my end. It was a VERY frustrating interaction.

Who wants to school me on release dates? Is the August release more like a placeholder? Do certain statues tend to get pushed back? I'm guessing repaints like the Deadpool are better at hitting their release date?

Almost everything has been getting pushed back. Recently a couple of months after reveal they are changing the release date.
MJ is the only exception i'm aware of.

From memory I think it was March-April 2013 but I am no longer sure. It was a crazy ride!
